I guess your not getting it... Maybe in size four letters you will..

34Howbeit I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand: but I will make him prince all the days of his life for David my servant's sake, whom I chose, because he kept my commandments and my statutes:

Again, when one reads that passage, one also have to read 2 Samuel 7:15 that says,

15 But my mercy
shall notdepart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.

That is the point!
It wasn't that he had too many wives, the problem is that his wives drew him away from the worship of YHWH.
You got it right.
Again, I have to ask you, are you an old school Mormon (or are you a part of some other religion) who believes polygamy is okay for a believer today?

Notice how he did not take the kingdom from Solomon? Read 2 Samuel 7:15 again. It says God's mercy shall not depart from Solomon as it did from Saul.
This says nothing about solomon, he's talking to David ... Here's 2 Samuel 7:17

17According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.

Taking away the kingdom from Solomon in the scriptures that say that is not referring to the kingdom of heaven.
It was talking about taking his kingship away from him in Jerusalem. Which we see it was done and given to his son Rehoboam.

It was over for him Kenneth on earth and in heaven... He turned against YAHWEH, he bowed before false gods until the end of his days.. He did not repent for this, and because so the results are proof... The tribes were split!! He did get to live out his days as " prince/king " because of his father David... Scripture is clear on this..

2 Samuel 7 speaks to David and then to his son Solomon. We know Solomon is in context in verse 15 because if you were to skip two verses ahead, it is clear it is talking about Solomon in verse 13; For Solomon builded God's temple. Not David.

"He shall build an house for my name," (2 Samuel 7:13).

For God said unto David,

"But God said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood." (1 Chronicles 28:3).

My last question and I'm done, do you think one can worship false gods after YAHWEH told one to stop, they don't until death... and they go to heaven.. I'm sorry, Jason... Guys going to burn period.. Please show me the verse, where Solomon repented for bowing to false gods... Other then that, I've got nothing else to say... The proof is in the pudding... THE TRIBES WERE SPLIT!

Who builds God's house or Temple? Solomon or David? Is not the person spoken about in verse 13 the same person in verse 15?

You can find Solomon's repentance in the book Ecclesiastes when he wrote about, "Vanity of vanities."
He is well known that he wrote this book at the end of his life, and he writes all that he done was in vane because it was without God. And he ended that book by tell others to fear God and keep His commandments.

Was Solomon Saved?

Yes, I believe Solomon was saved for several key reasons.

#1. Solomon wrote books in our Bible. We do not have a book of Judas or a book of Balaam.

#2. We know Solomon wrote Ecclesiastes and the conclusion of those writings was warning the young youth who goes after lustful desires will face God's judgment (Ecclesiastes 11:9) The conclusion, when all has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person. For God will bring every act to judgment, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14). This I believe is Solomon writing about himself.

#3. Solomon is called beloved of his God in Nehemiah 13:26.

#4. Jesus Christ never mentions Solomon in an unfavorable light but in a positive way. This is important because Jesus Christ nor any other prophet or disciple ever mentioned somebody that was damned in a favorable sense. In fact, I believe there are important spiritual points that are made by understanding why Jesus spoke about Solomon in a positive way (More on this to come).

#5. 2 Samuel chapter 7 tells us God would take away his mercy from Saul but he would not take away it away from Solomon. For God says that He will be a father to Solomon and he will be like his son, if he commits iniquity he will be chastened by the Lord with a rod of iron. This is an important fact to understand because the New Testament says, "For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth" (Hebrews 12:6). Anyways, here is the passage in 2nd Samuel.

2 Samuel 7:12-16
12 "And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.

13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.

14 I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:

15 But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.

16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever."

Anyways, this is why I believe Solomon will be at the first resurrection and not the second.

I hope this helps.

And may God bless you.

Side Note:

Oh, and Saul will be at the 2nd resurrection, which is the resurrection of the damned. Saul had committed suicide and could not have repented of such a sin. So he obviously is in Torments (awaiting destruction in the Lake of Fire) and he did not go to Abraham's bosom (i.e. Paradise).
You are wrong about Saul. God was not pleased with Saul because he disobeyed the voice of God. God took the Spirit and gave the kingdom to another. Saul was taken in battle with his sons through the sin unto death. Saul knew it was his time to die and had the young boy of the Philistines to finish him off. It was not suicide but he was no longer in fellowship with God directly or through Samuel.

For one to have mercy " which YAHWEH gives to everyone " they have to accept HIS mercy... Obviously solomon didn't ... What your posting means nothing, it has no merit, solomon was evil, slave driving, no good son of a gun, I know what directed solomon... and it wasn't YAHWEH .. Jason, so no answer for my question ? Didn't think so... Your wrong, very wrong!!

4 And it came to pass that night, that the word of the Lord came unto Nathan, saying,
5 Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the Lord, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in?

12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.

17 According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.

Solomon sin with strange wives and was indeed chasten with the rod of men

I was not implying Saul had fellowship with God right before he took his own life. However, Saul did have fellowship with the Lord at one point in his life, though. For the Spirit of God departed from Saul (1 Samuel 16:14). Oh, and it was suicide. 1 Samuel 31:4 says, "Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it."

You are refusing to see the Scriptures I shown you and refusing to answer my questions. So we have come to a disagreement. A disagreement that should not separate us as brothers. This topic of discussion is not a salvation issue.

[h=1]2 Chronicles 33:10-19King James Version (KJV)[/h]10 And the Lord spake to Manasseh, and to his people: but they would not hearken.
11 Wherefore the Lord brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, which took Manasseh among the thorns, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.(rod of men )
12 And when he was in affliction, he besought the Lord his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers,
13 And prayed unto him: and he was intreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord he was God.
14 Now after this he built a wall without the city of David, on the west side of Gihon, in the valley, even to the entering in at the fish gate, and compassed about Ophel, and raised it up a very great height, and put captains of war in all the fenced cities of Judah.
15 And he took away the strange gods, and the idol out of the house of the Lord, and all the altars that he had built in the mount of the house of the Lord, and in Jerusalem, and cast them out of the city.
16 And he repaired the altar of the Lord, and sacrificed thereon peace offerings and thank offerings, and commanded Judah to serve the Lord God of Israel.
17 Nevertheless the people did sacrifice still in the high places, yet unto the Lordtheir God only.
18 Now the rest of the acts of Manasseh, and his prayer unto his God, and the words of the seers that spake to him in the name of the Lord God of Israel, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel.
19 His prayer also, and how God was intreated of him, and all his sins, and his trespass, and the places wherein he built high places, and set up groves and graven images, before he was humbled: behold, they are written among the sayings of the seers.

When was the idols removed ? before he prayed or after ?

Oh, and 2 Samuel 7:15 cannot be talking about Jesus because verse 14 talks about how if he will commit iniquity he will be corrected with the rod of men and with the stripes of the children of men; And we know it is a Biblical fact that Solomon and not David was to build the Temple. Clearly verse 15 in 2 Samuel 7 is talking about Solomon. For Solomon had built the Temple.

Where...?? Verse please!! Where does it even say solomon wrote that book ?

Koheleth introduces himself as "son of David, king in Jerusalem", perhaps implying that he is Solomon, but the work is in fact anonymous and was most probably composed in the last part of the 3rd century BCE.[2] The book is in the form of an autobiography telling of his investigation of the meaning of life and the best way of life. He proclaims all the actions of man to be inherently hevel, meaning "vain", "futile", "empty", "meaningless", "temporary", "transitory", "fleeting", or "mere breath", as the lives of both wise and foolish people end in death. While Koheleth clearly endorses wisdom as a means for a well-lived earthly life, he is unable to ascribe eternal meaning to it. In light of this senselessness, one should enjoy the simple pleasures of daily life, such as eating, drinking, and taking enjoyment in one's work, which are gifts from the hand of God. The book concludes with the injunction: "Fear God, and keep his commandments; for that is the whole duty of everyone" (12:13).
