Well He came to help those that need help, and which we all need help.
Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
Those words are not written verbatim but the theme is quite clear, as referenced by Jonah and 4enlightenment.
look up how often the AUTHOR OF LIFE says HE hates someone. He doesn't water it down either. (people try to say HE doesn't mean what HE SAYS. oh well...... )

If God is going to burn Billions of sinners in Hell as some Christians preach, then I would say God doesn't love the sinners.
If they will not give up their sin God has no choice. Atonement is made all you must do is receive it.
Saved by grace not of works lest any should endeavor to boast.

Personally I’m uncomfortable with this statement according to scriptures:
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Ephesians 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
In the Old Testament God did not hold back when the Israelites sinned
Exodus 22:24 And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.
For the Israelites to “receive” the Promise Land there was a lot of ethnic cleansing.
In the New Testament the Lord didn't hold back on Anania and Sapphira
My belief a sinner is a person who rejects the Gospel of Jesus Christ
We sin by choice and by our choice, will be our final destiny

What about all those Muslims in the Middle East , the Hindus in India, and those whatevers in China?
Is it fair to just burn them up for all eternity?

All I know in the Old Testament God wipe out nations that didn't serve Him. This is one the reason the Lord sends Missionaries to give all nations the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ: Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
I wonder how exactly this makes you feel good about this situation. Even with the work of missionaries, there are billions of people over the last 2,000 years who have never heard of Jesus Christ, God, or salvation at all in their entire life. They had no option on the table to repent and follow Jesus because they had never heard of Jesus. They didn't serve God because they didn't know there was a God to serve. And all these unfortunate souls get a one way ticket to hell, all because they lost the cosmic lottery and didn't get born into a society where Jesus and the message of the cross was known. So be thankful that you were born in 20th century America. Just imagine if you were born in 16th century China or 18th century Japan. You would have had no chance. I mean absolutely no chance. And you're reward for such an unlucky birthing spot is an eternity of torment in hell. But hey, praise God, He is good and just and worthy of our praise...
As I stated all I know is what written in the Bible but your views, take it up with God maybe you know better
How do we know what some heard and what was suppressed ? We all started from Adam, life goes way further back then the 16th century nogard.. God is good, He is just and worthy... He has all the answers.. not us

Seeing how you claim to know what has transpired in the lives of "billions of people over the last 2,000 years", I trust that you won't mind if I challenge your alleged omniscience by asking you the following simple question:
What is my middle name?
You know, the book of Job describes an encounter between "the LORD" and Job in which "the LORD" asked Job a whole hosts of questions which Job could not answer. Job eventually had to the sense to put his hand over his own mouth (Job 40:4) and to abhor himself and repent in dust and ashes (Job 42:6). Just something to remember...
I am a bit appalled by these responses. I mean, can I ask you guys a question? Do you guys even care if the God you serve is good and just? Now, of course I know you guys believe He is good and just, and nothing I say will ever sway those beliefs. But just because you believe it, doesn't mean you should ignore His actions and label anything that you don't understand as "beyond our understanding". Scripture says to "Test everything, hold on to the good". If you have no possible reason at all to give how these actions are good and just, then why believe they are?
I wasn't claiming omniscience, but I do know there are entire people groups today that have no knowledge of who Jesus is. North Korea, Sri Lanka, rural China, other communist countries and dictatorships or Islamic states that ban Christianity. And that's just today. You go back through the centuries and the percentage of the population that simply never heard about Jesus continues to grow. These are facts, and whether or not I know your middle name doesn't change that.
Look, all I'm saying is this. These people didn't ask to be born. They didn't ask to be born into a village where they, nor anyone else in their village, will ever hear about Jesus or God or any of that. They didn't ask to be born with a sin nature, where they will start sinning before they fully even know the difference between right and wrong. All these things they did not ask for. They had no say in it. But they were born anyway. Now these people, and there are billions of them throughout history, had no chance. Let me repeat that. These people had no chance whatsoever of getting to heaven. Why? Because they never heard the gospel. They never heard of Jesus or God or none of that. So what happens to these poor souls when they die? God decides that a just punishment for these people is eternal torment. Endless pain and agony forever and ever. There is nothing they could have done to avoid such punishment. Now tell me Christians, are you okay with that? Is that okay to you?
The thing about Job is, he had a solid argument. He did nothing wrong, yet he received all this unjust suffering. But Job got his reward in the end. A happy ending so to speak. Unfortunately, for all the people who lived and died without ever hearing the gospel. There is no happy ending for these people, just unjust suffering.

Augustine apparently wrote something very close to it in a letter. "Cum dilectione hominum et odio vitiorum".
So when Jesus prophesied this 2,000 years ago Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. to your thinking this has not happen, the countries you mentioned have never heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ you know this as a fact. So the underground churches in these countries need to wait only for an American Missionary to share them the Gospel. So the Ski Lankans who I deal with in the Processing Centre as a Behavioural Specialist, I need to tell them they're worshiping a false Christ because the real one hasn't been preached in their country, the Iranians/Somalians who were persecuted for their faith (hung and whip, stoned,personally seen the photos) they need to go back home and wait for the message of Jesus Christ. Do you know how far the Gospel was preached by the generations after the Apostles. My country is over 1,000yrs old, the Gospel came on my Island via England by the London Missionary Society while your country was still an infant. God Knows we don't.
So you are saying according to God's Word Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; these were never given the opportunity to hear the gospel so God lied.
