so will you seek and stick with Scripture; with what God plainly and has always decreed? or with the changes that the rcc made as they readily admit ?
I go by the scriptures alone...no commentary from the SDA or the RCC.

its about time someone properly illustrated the validity of the commandment given in Exo.20... there has been many a debate on this subject and still to this day none has been able to disprove the validity of the true Sabbath day... and never will the truth stands and no matter how many misapplied scriptures and well meaning misguided folks try to change it they cant, one day we will all stand and give reason for why we did what we did, either we listened to His word or we choose to listen to mans interpritation of it... whatever we choose it had better line up with His word (let every man be a liar) there is a reason we are told to accuratly divide the word of truth(2Tim 2:15) what word do you think Paul is referring to here? remember the new testament did not ezist when this letter was written..... if you want to understand the end then go back to the beginning...
Of course Pauls epistles where all over the church when he was writing to Timothy in this epistle... and he told Timothy that some would desire to be teachers of the law...not even knowing what they was trying to teach or affirm...that Timothy had known HIS Pauls doctrine and to continue in sound words of faith and love....not the law!

Very good idea. Talk to God to find out what the true Sabbath is.

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

This rest is described in Hebrews 4. Its really simple. You are either working at trying to attain perfection(laboring and heavy laden) or you have faith in God and have been given rest from your works and rely on God to perfect you.

You did know that sabbath means rest, right? Did you also know that there is a new and better way?

so you admit then that the seventh day sabbath never changed? (even though rcc says that they changed it?)

before the rcc claimed god's authority and said the sabbath changed from seventh day to sungod worship day,
and after the rcc claimed god's authority and said the sabbath changed from seventh day to sungod worship day,

they never ever said that God authorized the change Himself, nor anywhere in Scripture - so the rcc and many protestant churchs ADMIT that the day NEVER was changed in Scripture, nor by God - only by man's tradition.

Methodist and Baptist ministers have admitted it , without turning back to honor Scripture, from the pulpit over and over and over the last many years,
and they say they just keep doing things as usual because that's how they do things. (i.e. not going back to nor remaining in God's Word, but honoring what the rcc has said instead). (openly, not in secret- they're not even ashamed ! )

(there has never been any change in scripture , to change the sabbath from 7th day to any other day).

Genesis 7:2, "You shall take with you seven pairs of every clean animal, a male and his female; two of animals that are unclean, a male and his female; But seven pairs of birds of the air, male and female, you will take with you to keep the species alive on the face of all the earth."
(Your words in blue, mine in black, scripture in red)

Where is that in the 10 Commandments?

Genesis 26:5, "Because Abraham obeyed My voice, and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My Laws."

If you can't list the 10 Commandments in Genesis, then it is logical to assume they are not there. Abraham received 14 commandments. Do you know those?
None were among the 10 Commandments. However, God commanded in the general law to offer sacrifice, and required Abraham's covenant of male circumcision. The apostles ruled those were not for Gentile believers to observe.

Genesis 2:3, "Then Yahweh blessed the Seventh Day and set it apart to be holy, because in it He rested from all the work which Yahweh had created and made."

[FONT=&quot]‏שַׁבָּת‎[/FONT]([FONT=&quot]shabbāt[/FONT]) is not found in scriptures until Exodus 16. It is not equal to seventh

[FONT=&quot]‏שְׁבִיעִי‎[/FONT][FONT=&quot] (shebîʿâ[/FONT])

God didn't command Adam to observe the seventh day rest, nor a "sabbath", nor was it made part of the covenant with Noah. It's was God's rest day.

And to put the icing on the cake:

Exodus 16:4, "Then Yahweh said to Mosheh: I will rain bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out and gather enough for each day, in order that I may test them, to see whether they will walk in My Law, or not."

Exodus 16:27-28, "Nevertheless, some of the people went out on the Seventh Day to gather it, but they found none. Then Yahweh said to Mosheh: How long will you refuse to keep My commandments and My Laws?"

Some of the people disobeyed Moses by searching for manna on the seventh day. God spoke that to Moses, not the people who couldn't hear God for themselves. By then they had several commandments through Moses.

Exodus 18:19, "Listen now to me, and I will give you sound advice, and may Yahweh be with you. You must be the people's representative before Yahweh and bring their disputes to Him. And you shall teach them the ordinances and Laws
, and shall show them the way in which they must walk, and the work that they must do."

Significant statutes and ordinances began at Ex. 12 with the first Passover. There is no Passover mentioned in scriptures before that.

Why did Yahweh have Mosheh to teach them?

Because the Israylites were in captivity in Egypt and they forgot all the ways of Yahweh.

Where is that said in scriptures? Moses wrote Genesis, not mentioning such things there. Nehemiah 9:13-14 (KJV)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] Thou camest down also upon mount Sinai, and spakest with them from heaven, and gavest them right judgments, and true laws, good statutes and commandments:
[SUP]14 [/SUP] And madest known unto them thy holy sabbath, and commandedst them precepts, statutes, and laws, by the hand of Moses thy servant:

According to the prophet God gave them the law beginning that Passover in Egypt, then once passed the Red Sea began to deliver more. Then at Mt. Sinai came the stone tablets, those ten summarizing the total 613 commandments, only one of which (male circumcision) was given to Abraham.

A major part of the Law was sacrifice for sin by the priesthood for the people who couldn't keep the law well enough to satisfy God. That stopped being observed upon destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD. Why did God let it happen? Because they ignored the prophets who told them God had finally rejected their sacrifices, holy days, the works. They refused to listen to Jesus, continuing in their rebellion, the very people who were commissioned by God to be committed the oracles of God.

The law served one abiding purpose, to teach man what sin is. We're all thankful to have that knowledge. But now there is only one sacrifice God will accept.
1 Peter 2:5 (KJV) [SUP]5 [/SUP] Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

Eventually all of Israel will be saved, those still alive in the last days, meanwhile having been blinded. Their religion is still rejected by God until that time. Their sabbaths are meaningless until then, still but a shadow of the true rest of God that is in Christ Jesus. Their priesthood is deactivated until then. They have no way to deal with their sins without Christ in them.

There are no commanded holy days for Christians to observe, no day regarded above another in God's eyes. This is the age of the Gentiles to be grafted in to the same tree Israel was a natural branch of. Gentile Christians are our own branch in the tree Jesus preferred to call the "vine". Our branch brings forth fruit pleasing to God now. A time will come when once again Israel will be enabled to actually produce good fruit on their own branch.

no one who has seen what the rcc has done , murdering the saints in every land that they have had power to, corrupting little ones, and all their women, and all their men, and all others who oppose God's People and God's Word with them,
no one thinks that the rcc has brought about a better way. a 'new' way, yes.... terrible and pernicious and heresy.

[h=1]Revelation 9 King James Version (KJV)[/h] 9 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

Long before that God had already cancelled His interest in the Jew's sabbath, their holy days, the sacrifices, their songs, all of it. The continual sins of Israel caused God to despise, to actually hate all of that, even though He commanded those. He will restore all of it in the last days, lifting Israel to glory. But for now there is no fresh word from God concerning their plight in these days.

It wasn't Christians that chose a world-wide official day of worship for the Church, but the Roman Emperor Constantine, who was a Christian, though equally regarded all religions. He made it illegal to persecute the Church, restoring Church property seized by Rome. There were only 7 days in the week to choose from. Of them all, Sunday was the most appropriate to separate Christians from the "despised" Jews. By then some Christians who had been Jews, all the way back to Pentecost, continued fellowship in synagogues on Saturdays and again on Sunday with fellow. The New Testament attests to Christain assembly on Sundays before Constantine had anything to do with that.

There is nothing wrong with fellowshipping with Jews in their synagogues, as long as a Christian doesn't revert to the law for eternal security. I know Jewish converts that attend their parent's synagogues out of honor of parents and find full acceptance of their faith among those Jews. There's great opportunity to chip away at the scales on the Jew eyes.

diplomats usually keep the law, even though they don't have to. they usually honor the law in the country they are in , even though they have immunity.

they stop at red lights.

they don't kill people.

they don't commit adultery.

they don't steal from the poor.

they have immunity if they do.

Ro 2:19 And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,
20 An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.
21 Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
22 Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
23 Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?

which one of you guys keep the law of moses? None of you....so your lawless! You keep neither Moses nor Christ!

so, do you steal ? do you commit adultery ? do you HONOR IDOLS ?

I don't, and God Willing never will. No, I won't even if you do.

Long before that God had already cancelled His interest in the Jew's sabbath, their holy days, the sacrifices, their songs, all of it.
This is appalling ignorant. If your Bible says this...

Lev 23:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Lev 23:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Jews, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are the Jews feasts.
Lev 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Jews in all your dwellings.

Instead of this...

Lev 23:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Lev 23:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
Lev 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

return it and get your money back, it contains misprints.

So when you put a magnifying glass to something it disappears instead of becoming clearer?
