Maybe you have a different version of the bible than I have. Rom 8:23, This whole chapter is talking about those that have been created in Christ Jesus. If you make "all creation" to mean all mankind, then you would have to make it to include every thing that God created, such as trees, animals, etc. In verse 7, Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 2 Cor 5:17, Therefore if any man be in Christ, old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new, this verse excludes the carnal man, or all mankind, and only has reference to those that are in Christ. There is no way that you are going to get the scriptures to harmonize until you understand that God has an elect people that the bible is written to that they might know how God wants them to live their lives here on earth. The bible is an instruction book for his elect and not a book written to the carnal man telling him how he can get saved eternally. It would help you, if you could understand the separation of the salvation scriptures, salvation means "a delivery", both eternal and timely.
