What is your favourite bible topic to study? Salvation? Maybe end times studies..Holy Spirit study? Maybe you have a favourite book to study?

Savlation is a very beautiful topic but I'd say I have so, so, so, so, so many questions about the Holy Spirit and thats where I seem to go to a lot. I like to study about Satan but also some of the end times stuff gets me curious. Even the Godhead.

if you want to learn the truth about things you show an interest in here, you will certainly have to learn either hebrew(which might be sufficient, yahweh willing), or
very innocently and truly yahweh's voice, which is of course perfectly right in and for all things.

or in other words, as yahweh's word (bible) says clearly, seek yahweh, loving truth, and you will find him. but with a warning, if you trust man/men/mankind/scholars/yourself, as yahshua says in the NT to his disciples, in that case you have already failed.

like the hebrews, you can go again and again and again round and round the desert.... no worries, yahweh is patient.

i was 'trying' to be encouraging in the right direction seeings as there is so much error throughout christendom as the scripture says there would be.
the only way to be freed of the error is to learn from yahweh abba elohim (god) himself, as he delights to teach his children the truth about all things,
but because most people learn first from birth on (for many years) from man's traditions and things and people and systems that have been immersed in man's errors for many generations,
so in almost all cases there's a lot of error to 'un'learn for almost everybody when they first start to seek the creator himself,
as indicated by a multitude of posts on a multitude of forums , almost everywhere.

abba father teaches his children the truth about all things,
completely, totally, in line with all of his word and in yahshua's grace. amein.

seriously? here we go again................sigh.........

My favorite is the three phases: Salvation, Sanctification, Justification.............followed closely by studying the Epistles of Paul and the Gospel of John. So very much to learn from each of them.

I fix my eyes on Jesus, and leave the devil to Him............in my opinion it is best that way.

The Holy Spirit is wonderful to study..........but when one studies the Holy Spirit, they must also include God the Father, and God the Son...........they are the Holy Trinity.

Hope you enjoy your studies.

My second favorite would be the Bible stories of the faithful like Joseph, Daniel and the three Hebrew Men in the fiery furnace, Ester, David, Noah.....Great stories of the faithful.

S-I-G-H!

(here comes the end times crowd........... :( )

:)
Hey you.....You got something about not wanting to leave this wicked place? I thought you'd be the first one to want to get on board.... No I don't look forward to the trials and tribulation, but I can certainly look past all that to the end result of living with God, Jesus and Holy Spirit in Heaven.....Oh, what a day to look forward to that will be.... Plagues and death/persecution no I don't look forward to that. Just the end result living with God like He wanted us to in Eden.

Always been fascinated about the blood of Jesus, going back to animal sacrifices and the blood having so much meaning (life for life). Which brings us right into the awesomeness of communion and drinking of his blood. Jesus: "Unless you drink my blood,etc.,... you have no life in you."

Don't worry - this will not go into a " l e n g t h y " teaching. Just saying that I'm always thinking of His blood as PRECIOUS, and vital to my sins no longer standing between me and my fellowship with God.

We always used to sing lots of songs about the blood of Jesus (in hymn books), not so much anymore.

The cross and His blood shed is at the very foundation of Christianity to me.

The apocrypha is interesting. I'm more interested in Biblical history than concepts, such as the reformation and the canonizing of Scripture.

Okay, so I am going to be a bit different here. I like the lessons in things like the refiner's fire (Malachi 3) and separating the wheat from the chaff (Matthew and Mark). The analogy in the last one works in so many instances over and beyond just believers and non believers. But my all time favorite lessons are found in Ecclesiastes....there is nothing new under the sun and a season for everything (and since ALL seasons pass, this one will too).
Peace!!
