This is off topic but CNN just released ISIS is attacking an air base in Iraq that has U.S. marines staged there !!!
Good....if they don't run off they will all be dead...Marine Corp doctrine<---ever increasing levels of violence to appease the situation.........One shot...one kill and Marines earned the name devil dogs when they were popping Germans at 800 plus meters in WW1.....I had to qualify at 200, 300 and 500 meters when I was in with an A2....so...they better be 223, 7.65 and 50 caliber proof and stay out of range......!

Now you see Ken, ....this is where I wish there was a "sort of like" button to hit.
You started off nice, and then that last sentence?

I'm confused brother?

Forgive me if I'm wrong,....but are you implying that we "hate" or debate you, because you are "righteous", and we are not, and/or still need "to get there"?

Oh well, I will not debate you on that.:(
this kind of attitude is scary to me. That he can be so right in his views that anyone who disagrees with him is unrighteous and hates God. Anyone wanna move to South America with me? I hear it's pretty this time of year and the cool aid is cheap.

Hey I take the heated and belittling behavior from others as glory, as the Lord clearly states we will be hated for standing up for His word.
So even though I pray and wish some of my fellow brothers and sisters will stop with this type of behavior. I still praise God for receiving such attitudes because the world hates His righteousness..........
Is that before or after you report us? And the last statement implies that we hate the righteousness of Christ....the difference between you and I is simple....I embrace the righteousness of Christ as applied unto my life and soul whereas you teach that it is not good enough and you need to help Jesus save you and keep you saved...so who really despises the righteousness of God/Christ?

No not all of you do, as some of you can hold a debate in a good and respectful manner.

However there are some on this site, and I do not name names because that is improper to do as well.
But there are some that constantly belittle, name call, put you down in post's to others, and act more superior then others because of age or knowledge. Not all do this as I have had wonderful, nice, and respectful debates on here with others. But some you can not even post a scripture without getting a belittling comment back !!!
So I take all this as glory, for I am standing up for His word and not my own ways and take heat for it...........

I take 4 ibuprofen almost every night is that bad????? Should I not take that much?
I would take That much or more a day because of hypertension headaches. It's very hard on your kidneys. If you have an issue that requires taking pain relievers that often i'd see a doctor as what you're doing now can be damaging.

Sorry to hear that, as my kidney's and liver came back after the 4 months on dialysis.
I was very close to being put on the transplant list tell they came back, and I thank God everyday for that.

He has brought me through and healed me of a lot of ailments, as I also once suffered from seizures as well but have not had one in over 10 years now......All thanks be to God !!!
I actually went on emergency dialysis, went through the ER. I had all sorts of problems during dialysis and was in and out of the hospital and doctors. Even since the surgery i've had a number of other health issues and mentally i've not been able to recover physically.

That's awesome.

Well the bible says that you are to stand for the rules and regulations given down here if they were given by Him, as long as they don't contradict His ways. And the rules of this site applies under that, as it says you are to be respectful toward others on here. Not belittle, name call, and put others down in front of others, and even state condemning words toward others. And I admit I did report you, because you were guilty of all these areas I mentioned.

And before I reported you, I called you out on it first to give you a chance to apologize.
Instead of apologizing though you made more unedifying comments like stop crying like a little girl, grow up, and others need to stop getting offended so easily. Instead of realizing you were in the wrong you still put the blame and excuse for your actions on others.

Look I do look at you as a brother but sometimes you do things and say words that should not be done by a believer...

For the record....I am tired of the fact that people who teach you can loose your salvation continually spread concerning people who believe in the security of the believer....

We believe that once a person trusts into the saving faith of Christ they are saved, sealed and justified forever.

It is the spirit that is born of God, does not sin, is eternally secure in the perfect faith of JESUS

WE do not teach that this is license to sin beyond degree or live anyway we want<--this is the LIE that is spread by those who teach you can loose your salvation.

The bible teaches clearly that EVERYONE sins and that is why JOHN writes....IF WE CONFESS our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins<--NO WHERE does he say that you are reborn because you lost it.

The bible teaches that if we say that we have NO SIN (PRESENT TENSE) the truth is NOT IN US AND WE ARE DECIEVED.

I AM TIRED of PEOPLE MISREPRESENTING the TRUTH and APPLYING THINGS AND SAYINGS to US that we do not teach and or PROMOTE.....

It is ingrained into humans that they get what they earn, they get what they deserve. That is the way it is on the human level. It is difficult for many to accept a free gift. Most Christians I have met will accept the free gift at the point of conversion, but not once they are saved. Many will say they believe Christ's sacrifice will allow them to enter Heaven, but then add it depends on you in effect obeying the law. You cannot stand on both works and grace, you can only have one bottom line before God, not two.

For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless, [SUP]15 [/SUP]because the law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression. Rom 4:14&15

Anyone, who in part relies even in part on observing the law to enter Heaven results in faith meaning nothing to them. Therefore they are cut off from grace for grace comes through faith.
Many who go to church today rely on law keeping(which is not sinning) to attain Heaven. Paul is clear on what this means

Yeah sorry to hear that it is a bad and scary situation going through that, as one can easily die from kidney and liver failure that we went through....

i think it's a self importance thing. It's like perfectionism, everything must be just so and then I will be comfortable. There's no rest in that

I don't do it every day.....it is the result of having my neck slightly dislocated twice when I was a kid...the bone my head sits on is a few degrees out of whack and healed that way...arthritis and incoming weather fronts sets it off.......not much I can do except see a chiropractor about once a week for life.........I have thought about trying acupuncture........and I might do that one day, but we will see.....

You know Sirk says he has put me on ignore, but yet he keeps making false allegations about me in responses to others.
I never once said I am more righteous then others, neither did I say others are unrighteous. What I said is that some may not be as far along in the faith as others, because we are all issued a measure of faith that God knows we can handle at that point.

The bible even shows that the Lord Jesus gave the milk of the word, first steps of a believer, and then entrusted Paul to give the meat of the word. And Jesus told the Apostles/disciples with Him that He had more to say to them, but they could not bare them at that time. Because they had to mature and grow in the faith before they could handle it.

John 16:12
I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

Yeah an you know...never heard a word about it........so...you claim you love the Lord and are all righteous and that....

A friend COVERS THE MATTER...doesn't promote it and or turn people in.......

Godly LOVE covers a multitude of sin....doesn't promote it and turn people in.....

A mature servant of God is not easily offended...and doesn't report sin like a 5 year old on the play ground<---oops hope that didn't offend you....didn't say you were a 5 year old on the playground....

I can go on all day with verses you rejected and overlooked to be so easily offended which resulted in you (reporting) me....so who really is biblical in this arena.....

can we say it's both a choice and an action?

and a thought and a word and a disposition of the heart?

would you like a cookie? :)
I love cookies....

Show me in the Bible where SIN is defined as a thought or action and I will let it go....

That is man's standards, not the bibles.
The bible tells us to call each other out on their wrong doings, in a loving and respectful manner and give them a chance to apologize (repent) of it. And if they refuse you, then refuse to listen to you and others of the church, then it says to hand them over to the authorities. The authorities in this case would be the site administrators by reporting the behavior. Nowhere odes the bible say do not rat a person out, as that is mans theology and not the bibles.

And by love I called you out and gave you a chance to apologize instead you refused and used more hateful, unedifying, and belittle comments. Plus you still did not answer or comment on my question about Matthew 10:22 and Hebrews 10:26-31 on if you still believe they have nothing to do with salvation ?

It is based on Christ as there is no debate about that, but what you keep debating with is that the bible clearly says over and over again that if your actions do not show what the bible describes as a true born again believers faith. Then that person does not have the Lord in them, and are not born again. Nowhere does the bible say you can continue to live and walk the same way you walked before you were saved, and born again. We are told to put off and stop walking as our former self walked, and continuing to walk in sin everyday is not putting off your former self.....
We are trying to help you and others with His word, because not one scripture says you can continue to walk the same as you once did.
You are correct - we are told to put off our former selves, we are told to renew our minds, we are told to quit stealing but work so that we may give to others, we are told to put away anger, malice, etc. No one has denied that - what we are denying is that you have to do these things in order to be saved. All these things are in our WALK and actually really don't have anything to do with our salvation. NOTE: I AM NOT SAYING WE SHOULDN'T DO THESE THINGS. Now if I am going along in my day and I do commit "sin" - you say that if I die at that instant - I am not saved - I say that I am - therein lies the difference. I sin in my flesh not in that spirit, that new creation that God has birthed in me - sin did not TOUCH that. I am righteous, I am justified, I am sanctified, I am an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ, I am a child of God NOT because of what I do but because of my faith in Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 4:17-24

The New Man

17 This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of[a] the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, 18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; 19 who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But you have not so learned Christ, 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
We should not longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk . . . I am no longer a Gentile - I have been born again into the household of God where there is neither Jew nor Greek, bond or free. I am not longer alienated from God but I am reconciled to God through Jesus Christ. And yes we are to imitate Christ and I believe that we all do BUT it is crazy to say that we do NOT fall short!!!! We are not made perfect in the flesh.

O wretched man that I am - who shall deliver me from this body of death? Jesus Christ will at the resurrection!!!! Then we will see him as he is and we will be like him!
