In my work, I often run into the issue of a lady asking the advice of her husband, and he's put into a bit of a predicament. See, he wants her to have the item she wants, but it's something that he would have to slightly involved with as well, so it's understandable that she would ask his opinion. Often she will say "but I want to know which one you want" after he asserts that it's her choice. I have learned to then pipe up with "he just wants you to be happy" with a smile on my face. The man will then invariably brighten up and quickly say "YES! That's it" and look relieved. The thing is, it's totally true. If he agrees to get said item in the first place, he nearly always is fine with whichever one she would like the most; he's doing it for her :).

I like it when they wear baseball caps!
Blue eyes :eek:
I also like it when they are friendly, because I'm shy, that makes me feel comfortable.

I always thought of everyone in the room naked to help me with my shyness which was great until i was at this party one time and they had this huge mirror on the wall and then it backfired. i have not left my home since then.
Molly your to good looking to be shy anyway.

good golly miss molly!

men that smell good, that hold open doors for women, their need/desire to take care and protect their instinct to provide, their handiness... their strength (even if us ladies dont always want to admit we need a guy to open a jar of pickles ;P) i could go on and on... :D men are a gift from God

Men who like to have help when doing projects. :D I love helping with home and auto repairs and it's so much fun to work with someone who doesn't get frustrated and doesn't want you out of their way.

A man who sings while driving the car... that is so awesome! ♬♪♡♬♪ I don't care if he can carry a tune or not, just the cheerfulness of a man singing in the car is so comforting to me. :eek:

Women have this gift of 'perfection' when it comes to art. Anything that they touch has an artistic tinge to it. I like the way they decorate and organize their stuff at home (never mind that their car is ALWAYS a mess). Some women carry that art into the way they dress and carry themselves. We men may be mechanically perfect, but women are artistically perfect. :)

Edited to add: I like the beauty that is expressed when they sing, and the beauty that is displayed when they are truly in love.

Women such as Billy Graham's daughter have my utmost highest respect and exemplify God's glory manifest uniquely in womanhood: Home | Anne Graham Lotz - Angel Ministries

Proverbs 31:10-31New American Standard Bible (NASB)
Description of a Worthy Woman

[SUP]10 [/SUP]An excellent wife, who can find?
For her worth is far above jewels.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]The heart of her husband trusts in her,
And he will have no lack of gain.
[SUP]12 [/SUP]She does him good and not evil
All the days of her life.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]She looks for wool and flax
And works with her [SUP][a][/SUP]hands [SUP][b][/SUP]in delight.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]She is like merchant ships;
She brings her food from afar.
[SUP]15 [/SUP]She rises also while it is still night
And gives food to her household
And [SUP][c][/SUP]portions to her maidens.
[SUP]16 [/SUP]She considers a field and buys it;
From [SUP][d][/SUP]her earnings she plants a vineyard.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]She girds [SUP][e][/SUP]herself with strength
And makes her arms strong.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]She senses that her gain is good;
Her lamp does not go out at night.
[SUP]19 [/SUP]She stretches out her hands to the distaff,
And her [SUP][f][/SUP]hands grasp the spindle.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]She [SUP][g][/SUP]extends her hand to the poor,
And she stretches out her hands to the needy.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]She is not afraid of the snow for her household,
For all her household are clothed with scarlet.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]She makes coverings for herself;
Her clothing is fine linen and purple.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Her husband is known in the gates,
When he sits among the elders of the land.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]She makes linen garments and sells them,
And [SUP][h][/SUP]supplies belts to the [SUP][i][/SUP]tradesmen.
[SUP]25 [/SUP]Strength and dignity are her clothing,
And she smiles at the [SUP][j][/SUP]future.
[SUP]26 [/SUP]She opens her mouth in wisdom,
And the [SUP][k][/SUP]teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
[SUP]27 [/SUP]She looks well to the ways of her household,
And does not eat the bread of idleness.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]Her children rise up and bless her;
Her husband also, and he praises her, saying:
[SUP]29 [/SUP]“Many daughters have done nobly,
But you excel them all.”
[SUP]30 [/SUP]Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain,
But a woman who [SUP][l][/SUP]fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
[SUP]31 [/SUP]Give her the [SUP][m][/SUP]product of her hands,
And let her works praise her in the gates.

I'm pretty sure this comment destroyed the loving and kind intent behind this thread.

Yep... I read it again and didn't see anything edifying in it at all. Try again Age. I know you can do better. Show us Christ. :)

Are you serious, Age? In a thread that asks for appreciation, you want to preach? What a stunt...

A woman who is a pro at waterfights among other talents, is a work of art. :D

Proverbs 31 does showcase a woman's best qualities though...speaking Biblically of course.

Not sure what you mean as I appreciate the qualities of womanhood stated in Proverbs 31 and I believe women like Anne Graham Lotz exemplify them. If sharing a passage of scripture is "preaching," then I guess I'm guilty of that. *rolls eyes*.
