Yes they do speak of eternal life/salvation as the Lord constantly stated that we are not to trust, worry, or care about the things of this world. He even said do not fear those who can kill the body, as His entire teaching was for eternal life.
So in Matthew 10:22 when He said endure to the end to be saved, He was not speaking of their physical life here on earth. He was speaking of receiving eternal life by enduring all the issues they would face to give His good news, and if they did not fall away in facing those things they will have eternal life.
If you take He was speaking of physical life in the flesh, then what happened to all the Apostles would show that this can not be the case;
Peter- crucified upside down
Paul- beheaded
Matthew- slain by a halberd
John- exiled on Patmos
James- put to deat by the sword by Herod Agrippa ( Acts 12:2 )
Andrew- crucified by Roman Governor, Aegeas( Aegeates )
{ bound not nailed to cross to prolong suffering }
Bartholomew- beaten with rods and then beheaded
James, son of Alpheus- beaten, stoned, then clubbed to death
Thomas- thrust through with spears, tortured with red hot plates, and then burned alive.
Philip- tortured, stoned, crucified upside down
Simon- crucified and/or sawed in half
Judas Thaddeus- beaten to death in Mesopotamia
Judas- committed suicide for betraying Jesus
Matthias- (replaced Judas) stoned to death

Sin in a believers life<----in some form or fashion every day...may be a thought, an action, get mad at the guy driving to slow in front of you etc......
WAKE UP DUDE......serious.....and while I am there......to say you don't sin or go weeks and months without sin is sin itself...you OPENLY ADMITTED that you (MESS UP) or have SINS OF OMISSION ...you have no clue between sins of the flesh that happen every day as opposed to habitual, willful sins.....serious!

I called you out on this on the thread about "female pastors" (where you also claimed that "there are many many more early church documents showing women in leadership roles. Even some that list a number of women as apostles") in post #560, but you sneaked out. Maybe now you can tell us all what is your position on the matter, what are the books that you accuse the Nicene council having "left out". Name now all these books and why you think they should be in our bibles. Do not sneak out this time but show us now all your resources for your claims.

More misapplication of the truth....Judas was a son of perdition, a devil form the beginning and was LOST so your inclusion of him makes your whole list a lie......and their death under persecution proves nothing about the salvation that they had the moment they believed....this list proves nothing other than the fact that they were willing to give up their physical lives for Christ.....You should seriously quit taking verses out of context to hang your heresy on....!

There was a sect of believers who called themselves "the way". Some of the drivel and tactics from these guys reminds me of them. I went to a couple of their "bible studies" back in the 90's and quickly learned they are a cult. I went to like 2 bible studies and they people came to my house and called relentlessly when I stoppec. Very strange, some brands of "Christianity" are.
I have...so don't you think you should open your eyes to the truth of biblical salvation.....
It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that BELIEVE......
If thou shalt confess with thy mouth and believe in thy heart (mind) that God has raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved....
I have believed and confessed this before men...MAYBE it is foolish to you because you have not believed and or have not trusted into the saving faith of Christ......!

The comparison that James is making here is your body can not live without your spirit, so as one's faith does not lead to eternal life it it has no actions.........

The Lord is saying there in Luke 6:46-48 what a true faith looks like, it is not adding on to salvation if we go by what He says. He says a true faith has action, righteous works of love, and obedience to His teachings.
How can one say they have a true faith in Him if they deny what He said in His own teachings ????
