Maybe it is possible, but I don't know how it would be. The reason we are able to love in a self sacrificing way or lay down our life is because we know that there is more going on than we see with our eyes. If the world truly is survival of the fittest and we are completely alone and there is nothing once we die, than I would be a fool. There would be nothing that "makes me happy" about my situation. I desire for them to know Christ, to have life

Well if he can still use me as a non believer why do I need to listen to him, obviously not to be useful to God. As you have stated that I am that already.
God would like a relationship with you.

There's alot of stuff going on, I'm not going to divulge.
It is nice that you are a good neighbor towards them. Sorry for whatever happened to make you change your mind about being a believer.

You can still believe in something more, even if you don't believe in Jesus. I know, because I do. You can still have hope, love and faith even without Jesus. I know because I do. And if I do we all do, with or without Jesus.

But If you just believe in an unknowable God, and don't believe the words of Christ than what would be your motivation and the benefit that you think would occur to embody self sacrificing love?

I don't have relationships with anyone whom I would have to fear and love at the same time.
Oh, you believed in eternal torment? Ya I turned away from God for a while when I thought the Bible actually taught that.

Well to summarize it, I believe that people are judged, justice is served by God. People reap what they sow and punishment is given out on the Day of the Lord. Then once that is done, God destroys the ungodly, Satan, the earth and the heavens and makes all things new. All throughout the Bible it says what the fate of the wicked is and the wages of sin. In comparison, there are just couple of verses which people take to create the doctrine of eternal torment and the place they go wrong is in the understanding of the greek word aion. I go into it way more in depth in a couple of

Here it even tells of Satans end
Ezekiel 28
16 So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God,
and I expelled you, guardian cherub,
from among the fiery stones.
17 Your heart became proud
on account of your beauty,
and you corrupted your wisdom
because of your splendor.
So I threw you to the earth;
I made a spectacle of you before kings.
18 By your many sins and dishonest trade
you have desecrated your sanctuaries.
So I made a fire come out from you,
and it consumed you,
and I reduced you to ashes on the ground
in the sight of all who were watching.
19 All the nations who knew you
are appalled at you;
you have come to a horrible end
and will be no more.’”

God will always be mysterious to the non-believers. That is why they have all of these questions and remarks about the Creator… (In my high pitched Bilbo Baggins voice) “Why will a loving God send us to hell? Why did a loving God create humans with a free will? How can an omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient God allow murder and rape?” So exhausting to speak to people who don’t want to listen.

The Bible warns us about the day the Shofar will sound when Yeshua returns. The unbelievers will hide away because they are afraid and the believers will run towards Yeshua. Also the Bible describes the believers as having a foul smell to the world but a nice aroma to Abba Father. This should make us think that if the world is not offended/repulsed by us what are we doing wrong?

I used to accept hell fire annihilation as well. In fact when I was a christian I accepted multiple doctrines on the same subject.

God will put an end to sin and pain and sorrow and death. You want this world to continue on as it is forever?

Skeptics often challenge Christians to prove that prayers are answered, and we often hear the same thing: "God's ways are mysterious". This is said so that scientific experiments that disprove the power of prayer are discounted as having an extra variable that can't be accounted for -- God's will.

But why should that be "variable"? Christians claim that God's nature is consistent and doesn't change over time. In fact, this perfect consistency ought to make God the most predictable being in existence, and not even slightly mysterious. If God answered someone's prayer for healing but not another person's, then the reason should be discoverable in principal if not also in practice.*

So why do Christians keep offering this defense? Why aren't they trying to discover God's unchanging nature by studying the pattern of which prayers are given which answers?

*On the topic of healing, the New Testament is extremely consistent. Jesus healed everyone who asked for it, never once citing a greater need for someone to remain sick or to die from sickness. If prayer is actually answered, then prayers for healing ought to never be answered with a "no" if Jesus' nature hasn't changed.
God is very mysterious but that is what is so great about him after all who doesn't love a good mystery? we could spend 10,000 years with him in heaven and still not know even a fraction of who he is but that only means we have the joy of spending eternity getting to know him isn't that wonderful?
Also prayer isnt a wish from a genie a lot of times the answer is no or wait but its always for our good even if it doesn't make sense or seem fair, you don't give a child candy whenever they want or buy them toys whever they ask do you?
