DD, by placing faith in the work of the cross gives the Holy Spirit the legal means to work in you and through you. Therefore, by placing your faith in the right place, the Holy Spirit will cause you to do good works or in other words produce good fruit. They are not our works. God will not accept the work of man, He will only accept the work that has and will do. By placing our faith in His work and allowing Him to work through us gives us the reward. No man can say to God I did this or I did that. Jesus said that many will say Lord we danced for you and we sang for you and He will say to them depart from for I never knew you.

It is by God to God and through God and you nor me only our faith in His work.

All True.

No one has 100% faith and (or) works in anything, 100% doesnt exist. This is because we can always improve our faith and (or) works.

True, 100% is a figure of speech, not an actual percentage.

Actually we will see heaven when we transit from this age to the millennium, and then again as we go from this world to the new. But you are absolutely right, we will live on the new earth, not playing harps in the clouds (where did that image ever come from?).

Seriously anyone wants to know about the New Heaven and the New Earth, then read this article
New Heaven / New Earth Oh and read it completely to the end, Many read it, then stop reading it and ask me questions concerning, but if they would have continued to read it, the questions would be answered. So read the whole thing, then ask me any questions that remain. SPOILER alert: Be warned this article is not to those who believe a LOVING GOD will not release His wrath upon the Earth.

.. ... .. . .. . .. .

Unequivocally, absolutely, utterly false. We do good works -- and this is exactly what James teaches -- not for salvation, but because of salvation.

Absolutely RIGHT, if you take just that part out of the entire post that i posted. Read the entire post in context please, i have said not different than what you have just said above. But you clipped part of a statement from my post disregarding the rest of the post, than accuse me of being utterly false. Is that of God?
Here is the entire post again: i have bolded and underlined the parts that you ignored, or did not read.

Scriptures plainly teach Faith and Works go hand in hand.
You can have 100% Faith and no works, and not go to HEAVEN.
You can have 100% Works and no faith, and not go to HEAVEN.
Those who Truly have 100% Faith will have the 100% Works because of their 100% Faith.
Those who have True Faith will have works that reflect that Faith.
demons KNEW Jesus was the Son of God, 100% Faith that Jesus was the Son of God. But NO works, their works were evil.
i can have 100% Faith, and not forgive someone for trespassing against me. It is written if i do not forgive men their trespasses neither would my Father forgive me of my trespasses, i could have PURE FAITH, and still not go to Heaven
i can have 100% FAITH, and NOT love my neighbor, or LOVE ONE ANOTHER, and will not enter into Heaven, even though my Faith was at 100%.
It is written that our works proves what is in our heart. If a person has 100% Faith and no works, what does that say about that person heart? You can believe all you want, but that alone, according to Scriptures, is NOT enough. Woe to those who think it is enough, there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.

not for salvation, but because of salvation. Absolutely correct and True, and exactly what i had said in the above.

Works can never SAVE anyone. But one who is Truly SAVED, will have works. You will find in NONE of my articles nor in any of my posts, that teach or even imply works for salvation. So tell me, if i have never taught that, nor is it implied in any post, or any of my articles, where do you get this information to falsely accuse me of? Who?

DiscipleDave said : i want to be with Jesus Christ and be a part of His Kingdom, i want to live forever in His service. That IS my goal.

Then you may want to consider where Christ will be...

Why would that matter to me? i don't care where He is, as long as i am with Him and a part of what He is doing whether it is here on Earth, or on the other side of this galaxy, or even on the upside of the Universe, or even within the same space but a different time. Don't care where, only that i am with Him.

Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, ...

Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Concerning what you are saying. Here is what i know. Jesus when He comes to gather up the Saints, He will be coming with the New City Jerusalem. The dead Saints are raised first then the living are gathered to be with Jesus in the Air, our atmosphere, the first Heaven, After He collects the Saints, we all go to the New City Jerusalem, which will be in the Air, and then it will land over Earth Jerusalem, and site upon four mountains. That is where the Father will be, Jesus will be, and the Saints will be. All the nations of the Earth, (who were not taken) will call it a Mothership, a UFO, all nations will come against it and attack it, every single soul that comes against it will die horribly. Once the Holy City is on Earth and Jesus has collected the Saints, the vials are poured out upon the Earth to wipe all wicked humankind off the planet, save the 144,000 that are protected from the vials. This takes 3 1/2 years of pouring out of the vials and wiping all the wicked off the Earth. After the 3 1/2 years, the millennium will begin, satan is bound, and all the wicked people are dead because of the vials, but the 144,000 that make it through the Tribulation period (children) will remain on the Earth for Jesus and the Saints to reign over for the next thousand years. The Saints live in the New City Jerusalem each with their own mansion. After the thousand years is up, there will be a final battle, satan is released and, well if you want to know more about this then read my article The Meaning of Life, basically talks about how satan and all his followers attach the HOLY City, to try to take it over, satan right now is bound to this Earth (prison) and the last battle will be for the The New City Jerusalem, if satan can take it over, he will have access to the entire universe, it is his escape from this prison that he is confined to, read the article for more detailed information, or don't read it.

Welcome to your first lesson on faith. Believing in the unseen.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

You don't need to see it to believe its there.

Of course it does. If you believe in and love God then your heart is set on Him not on what you want to do.

Nasty with faith? Some can really ram it down people's throats can't they. I guess thats what people are like when they so passionately believe in something that is very apparent to them. Sometimes you don't even have to believe it to see the evidence before you. But if anyone has hurt your feelings deliberately in anyway that brother needs to be rebuked.

Who is "they" specifically do you mean? Those people that don't believe and or/nor do His will?

God is justice. So by nature, justice must be served on all those that sin against His supreme and Holy will. He's not doing it to be "mean" for the sake of it. He HAS to do it as that is His nature. Everything has been laid out for us in the bible all you have to do is accept His Son as your personal Lord and Saviour. If you go on and keep sinning after you have come to know the truth then there isn't indeed any sacrifice left for you. But God is much more passionate and compassionate about you than you think or give Him (or could ever) give Him credit for. I believe He is even now working out a plan to find your heart that He will achieve one day.

But you can't go on sinning because there is no sacrifice for the sinner that goes on sinning even though they "know" it to be wrong. These are the people that think they are okay with God but are not and are the ones that need to let go of that sin and hold onto God and the joy that comes with the hope and faith in Jesus that even though we are dead in our sins, in our faith, as poor as it often is, yay, even while we are sinning, He intercedes for us. He. Our Lord and Saviour who lives today seated at the right hand side of God our Father Himself. He steps in and saves us instead of being thrown into that lake of fire because we believe in Him. Yay even though we are sinners, plural or sinning. He steps in for us as our lawyer and His sacrifice on the cross for us is our redemption. Truly He was wounded for our transgressions, and He was crushed for our iniquities. Evil punished innocence and evil lost when it done that. Thanks be to Christ.

Oh brother, ye of little faith and compassion and knowledge too. It is not "by works" you are saved and redeemed. But by "faith"! How many times do some people need to hear these words! :)

Being a bad neighbor wont keep you out of Heaven if you are a believer. We're all essentially just bad neighbors until we're made perfect again. We will all be judged and rewarded according to our works yes. This much we know. Whether you was a good Christian or a bad Christian. You be rewarded suchly. If you was a believer then you will be saved to spend eternity with our Lord and Father forever. And everyone gets a mansion too!

John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

You are right though that IS the highest most ultimate goal at the end of the day. To have love and know the love of God. If I have all the riches and fame in the world for ever but I don't have love, I have nothing, I am nothing. After all, God is love. Infinite love whos ways and thoughts are much higher than ours. Real love isn't just some random chemical reaction thats happening in our brains. It's deeper than that and comes from your heart, your very soul. Although I suspect you are a person who thinks you could explain it all mathematically and through science?

What things is it that you mean a Christian "clings" to specifically? Do you mean The Holy Bible? I understand more about the world I live in now that I know the truth and how things work than I did before. I am millions of other people around the world learn this truth when they come to know about Jesus. If you deny it all (and there's so much of it) then you are surely just kidding yourself. There is no fear of the unknown for the Christian. Just hope of eternal bliss with Him. Although I'm sure we'll still have to work.

But who are you to say that person isn't right to do live like that since we all have to taste death and find out the same way eventually anyway.

So what have we learned from yourself from your comments in this thread and what is the best thing for us to do now?

We've learned that it's be our faith in God that will grant us eternal life. If we have faith, we have hope. If we have hope, hope that comes from having the bible, then we have joy and all the rewards that come with it after in the next life.

We've learned that if we have love for our father like any child/son/daughter should have for their parent then we'll have a healthy working relationship the way it should be.

We've learned not to judge anyone else for their belief or way of life since we all came from dust and return to it anyway.

We've learned that some Christians can be very zealous and over do it when preaching/debating etc and this can cause the recipient to become annoyed. We only need to share the word and His message. In such a way as to let our light shine through to the world. Not force it on anyone. All we need to do is plant the seed. Let God provide the water.

All the best!

Ill just say all the best to you too, because at the moment I dont know how to multi quote.

Who goes to heaven? Are they the people who humbly repent of their sin, or are they the people who proclaim, “I am saved and you are not!”?

The answer seems obvious enough, yet there seems to be no shortage of people in this world proclaiming, “I am saved and you are not!”

If you worship God as He has revealed Himself, Triune, then you will be saved.

Simple Biblical Truth...

You keep claiming that you're a supposed 'prophet' of God....that God talks directly to YOU...and yet you don't know where Jesus is....?

Can we say false prophet....?!
