I was a fan during the 50's and 60's, but not much today.
When NASCAR began, one of the requirements was that the car were STOCK, only super tuned.
They had to have the same specs as what the average buyer could go and buy at the Chevy, Ford, Olds, Chrisler, or HUDSON dealer.
When they started building pure racing car that were totally different from those sold to the public, I lost interest.
I know, I'm old, and that was before most of you were born.
