Look, if your going to accept the fact that something is true because your book says so... You have be prepared to discuss the fact that opposing religious texts make the same claim.
Plus you also have to clarify why your religious text is better than any other religious text.
If you can't even do that then how can you propose a case to go up against science? As per the topic?

so please take your question to someone that has read the quran and the holy bible.
religion and taboos and dogma, are for fools, that can only ask questions. yet cant see the forest for the trees.
As in I don't know how we all came to be or how the university came to be. Maybe I'll never know lol. But there's no evidence for me to side with any religious offerings.

The reason I ask is because I used to be an EMT and delivered two children in the field. I witnessed the miracle of life first hand and felt the hand of God upon me. I wish you were able to feel His hand as well when your children were born. I ask you to just take a good long look at your child/children and think about their birth once again.

You say that. The closest Ive ever came to thinking of a creator/plan/purpose was when I watched a video on how a baby comes to be. It shows the development from conception up until fully formed. Its an incredible video and I'll have to find it for you later. It truly is amazing what our bodies are capable of doing.
What is even more amazing Colin is when you see how Yeshua and the Bible writers "understood" science of today when they were alive 2,000 years ago. It all raises the question how? I know you are an atheist but there are things in the Bible that can only be a coincidence, but chances are so small that it is near to impossible for the Bible writers to predict that many coincidences.
What do you mean Gandalf? I know I don't rub well with prophecies.. Because unless the prophecy says 'This exact thing will happen in this exact place and on this exact day' then I don't entertain it lol.
But if you have anything else you can refer to we can talk about it. Let's do one at a time though lol

What about a change in life? The most difficult thing in the world to change is a person's mind. I'm totally different than I was and I'm not the only person who has changed. All the pyschs, docs, gurus, philosophies, ideologies cannot make a lasting change in the human heart.

If you had that tangible proof you would be the only guy in the world that didn't need faith. Faith is where you end and God begins. Faith is where you lay your weapons down, your need to control outcomes or circumstance. When you get there....you will know God is real....will you still doubt, will your tethered to the earth flesh and bones try to hold you back....of course it will, but you will know that God is refining you and melting away the dross so you can stand in His presence.
