Not so much! Considering I was born and raised in Alberta, that is saying a lot. Oh, it is pretty for Christmas, and looks lovely on the mountain tops. But I can't ski anymore, and I fell badly on the ice from a thaw in January last year, when the melting snow puddled and then froze.
Give me warmth and a place to ride my bike, any day! My good news is that the day is ending, and most of the snow has melted. It's beginning to look human again.
Perhaps living in a place for half my life with snow from September to May has warped me?? Or two months of summer just isn't enough?
Most people dislike snow here too. It is easy to fall on ice. I remember seeing little kids trying to find halloween costumes that fit over snow suits because of blizzards. I actually live 2 miles from Canada....
