Wow bro thanks for telling because I had no idea there was any flickering nor I ever wanted to seek attention with something like that (is it a gif? seems my browser doesnt display gifs at all)... I just picked this avatar because it reminds me of the love of my life... Let me put up the edited file, it shouldnt have any flickering.

Update about the coworker. Well tonight he came to work and I have seen he was in good mood and nudge from the Spirit. So I approached him straightforwardly and asked Are you still angry with me? Do you really believe I had anything against you? while strething towards him the right fist with the small finger strethed out (that's a gesture here when children argue and want to make peace). Anyways I've seen he was accepting and I felt led to give him a friendly hug and shoulder tap (and I really rarely hug people: but this time I was led. This man really needs love, this is why he argues with everybody without a reason). He mumbled something like "Well I was wondering" and I told him it was not true.
So peace has been restored. I felt really glad about it.
