we love so many varieties of teas and coffees, but we always
go for the organic now - and try and keep it light on the
caffeine - our cut/off time is early morn - so that it doesn't
affect our sleep.

this morning, I've enjoyed a very smooth 'green-mint' tea,
the caffeine is very low so it can be soothing:) as well.

Green tea is good. I drink it as one of the many teas I enjoy. Healthy teas do all sorts of wonderful things.
