You know when you really think about it, Jesus has really got this leaving the world and entering into the world with great entrances/exits.
This life is really kind of like a play.
And we get to be caught up with him in the clouds if we stay in the play.

“All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts.."

- William Shakespeare

Cast in this unlikely role
Ill-equipped to act
With insufficient tact
One must put up barriers
To keep oneself intact

- Neil Peart (Rush)

At a park and overhearing a conversation between a man and woman who just met each other at the dog area nearby.

He recently visited south America. She is a photographer. They may be going out for sushi later. Their conversation seemed so natural.

Thinking about getting a dog now.

Catherder, I am completely shocked!!??

You mean your cats haven't gotten you a date yet?

I remember you telling us once that one of your cats hates other animals but loves people, and the other one hates people but loves other animals.

Seems like a win-win situation to me. The one that hates animals will cozy up to some pretty woman you want to talk to, and if that doesn't work, the one that hates people will cozy up to a cute pet whose owner may be someone you might want to talk to instead.

It seems so easy for some people doesn't it? I painted on Wednesday at a huge party for special needs adults, and everyone there was with their boyfriend/girlfriend. It was so awesome to see these people - some of whom are barely verbal, some who have all manner of other problems... just finding someone to love, and accepting that person without any of the complications, fears or problems that the rest of us seem to have. They hug and kiss and call each other "darling". They get each other's names painted on their arms with hearts and glitter. So comfortable together.

We worry that no one wants us, that we are not perfect enough, that others might see our flaws... We have lists of what WE want and need, what we won't stand for, what we expect in a partner. And these people all just found one another and started relationships. :)

time to workout. I am not placing any expectations on myself because I had delicious foods last week.

Well I was a bit more disappointed than I expected. We're not going to go out tonight because the weather is quite ominous. Tornado watch and all that. And nobody can go tomorrow and Sunday so we're going to go next weekend.

Feh. I was hungry for sushi.

If it rains when the sun is shining, then it means that the foxes are marrying.
*reads the idiom several times*

*slyly glances in Angie's direction*

In other news, we were given today as a holiday, which is nice in some respects, less nice in others. I have managed to do nothing but eat breakfast and play League, so I suppose aside from Bible study tonight, I'm getting nothing done.

Oh, wait! I did my taxes!

YAY! I WAS PRODUCTIVE TODAY!

*goes back to playing LoL...stupid addicting URF-mode*

It wasn't really my decision wisebeardman, it's a family thing. I wasn't even watching the weather and I can't be bothered to now, so I'll take my uncle's word that it would be a bit rough sailing going tonight. As it was going to be for my birthday they did ask me if it was okay, but I'm not going to drag the whole family out on a night like this night is supposed to be.

I am not mentally prepared for Easter.

I have to wake up at 5:30 am on Easter Sunday.

5:30 am.

WAT.

WAT.

The struggle is real.

If you don't see me after Easter...well then, I died from lack of sleep.

Okay, so maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit...BUT I'M STILL NOT MENTALLY PREPARED FOR THIS.
