Why are Christans so afraid?

Afraid of having there pet doctrins smashed.
If you are blind to the TRUTH and have made your mind up that..I am right (Arnt I Jesus).
Then you are in for a shock when Jesus returns... I cant even post 1/2 the subjects I'd like on most christian sites as they have there minds closed... even if itis the truth and slaps them in the face.
EG, The stars are forever!

I thought Jesus said: Fear not I am with thee, be not dismayed I am thy God, I wil help thee I will strengthen thee, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righeousnes.
Well if your so right.... why do you fear other peoples doctrins?
I got anoyed from the sanhedrin of other sites restricting my freedom in Jesus:
That I decided to post my own forum and its FREEDOM.

people are afraid when they are not personally equipped to give an answer for why they believe as they do.

But what if there answer is just a copy n paste of a doctrin or teaching they grew up with.
See if you seek yourself and empty yourself of all pre-concieved ideas. Then and only then will you"know the truth" beause you sought it yourself.
Like salvation, no one can do it for you.
When Jesus returns do you think He will find ppl of TRUE faith.......or just a bunch of sheep? Led by Shepherds (hope they were right)

The breadth of knowledge has not increase for almost 2000 years, only the depth. In other words, there is no new revelation, only deeper understanding.

So Jesus stoped speaking 2000 years ago to you guys? How sad or you... I have discovered so much...

No I dont agree with 1/2 of your Heresies (Jesus in me speaking)
I could be wrong on some things?
I am not a fool to think that I have the 100% correct doctrin.
And yes I would love to meet other free thinking christians... OK who are my buddies...

I am not pro Israle. I am post-trib. Baptist are too self righteous for me, but I love most of there word study.
I dont even know what the oher... stuff is, I'm not very churchie.

No, you don't understand at all--Jesus still speaks, but nothing is added to the Word of God. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. Even if an angel of light appears and preaches a different revelation of Jesus, it cannot be accepted.

I wouldn't really call it fear. but more like hatred, the reason most hate false doctrines is the damage they do to other christians and the Confusion they cause amongst Christians.

He is the same FOREVER, with this being said: why after 4000 years would he stop speakng.
He is the same and still speaks and gives new revelations.
Paul.. on the angel thinggy was talking of stuff that contradicts the word.. besides he said.. an angel could give new revelation.. if you read that verse... this is the whole basis for the MORMAN religion... an angel supossedly gave it to them.

Thats not the point. I have had one. But hey so have thousands of others.
I test it wth the department of measures and weights (the bible)
The revelancy is Jesus reveals new truths today.
If not then, hey..... we would know all things and the Kingdom has arrived.
I dont see any holy city?

Friend, you seem to be a little short of visitors on your website, but I did read a few of the posts you placed. One talked about an Indian spirit guide named Yata he. I wasn't able to determine whether this spirit guide was an actual person or some type of spirit. Perhaps you can clear that up for me. I believe that what you have called fear, Christians call 'being watchful'. You see, those who are familiar with the contents of the bible are also familiar with all of its warnings against false teachers, false Christs, and doctrines of devils.

On this site, I have seen the Holy Spirit called an angel, the Jewish nation replaced by a 13th tribe made up of blacks, acupuncture perceived as common medicine, and someone who suggested that Christians should give money to whoever asks for it, without question.

I can assure you. No one is fearful here, the correct terms are discerning, watchful, and wise.

I do wish you well on your new website, and I sincerely hope that your promotional efforts payoff for you, but if you would like to introduce a topic on 'this' website, I'm sure more than a few will join in.

Pride, family history, lots of reasons why people can't learn. plain ole liking to argue has a lot to do with it. Closing off ones mind. All kinds of the people saying they are Christians don't believe half of what the bible says. Calling Jesus a lier. Saying there is no tongues, no Holy Spirit, God doesn't talk to people. You can only feel sorry for people and pray. I've been trying to learn more about different so called Christian religions to help me better understand them. So I can know better how to pray. Can't stay mad about people who are just lost and totally missing a real realationship with God. Not worry about it. We are told not to cast pearls to swine. A bunch don't even believe in hell. It's a crazy world we live in remember. Just try to be nice to people is the best you can do at times. We can't force people to believe what the bible says is true. We can't force so called Christians into believing it's true either.

you have an excelent prospective on the suject..
I feel the great falling away that happens at the END is because ppl (christians) become tunnel visioned and dont search anymore they become spiritually lazy and get others to shepherd them...babes that never grow up.. go hunting....my friends... Jesus will protect you.
The they loose the fire to SEEK and you will find ...

Yep they learn one thing and never try to see if what they learned was even right or not. My family did it this way. I hear Pastors saying lies all the time and their are many people who believe what the Pastors say. Like baby birds with beeks wide open. It's very sad. God has has people out on missions. People in the watch towers keeping a look out and praying for the Pastors and the blind followers. Many Pastors will be killed right in their churches in the days to come. Using Gods house to lead the sheep astray. Hopefully theres still time for people to repent. Even time for them to learn they must repent. Everything is just so out of whack.
