I have to take Tequila to the vet next Wednesday. She has alot of gas, and when she farts, liquid poop comes out and it stinks somethin' wicked. She also keeps throwing up alot. Please pray she only needs a change of diet or something simple, and not expensive meds that I can't afford. thanks..

It is, or so I've heard from another chiropractor. The best thing you can do for it is stretch it out. Look into somatic exercises, or any movement therapy for that matter. There are some very basic ones you can do that won't be an immediate fix, but they may help (they might be a fix if used long enough).
Yeah, I've been trying to do some stretches and I've been walking around and doing house stuff like loading and unloading the dishwasher. Which unloading and loading the dishwasher doesn't sound like a lot, when you have back pain it suddenly becomes much harder. -_-

People were very mean to me today.
And all I have to say was that it was worth it, because I'm loved by God :)
And my dog is fuzzy.

Haha! True, Arlene. Very true! I guess I just wasn't part of the intended demographic. :)

Well, tomorrow, or I guess today, we'll be celebrating my sisters' birthdays. My older sister turned 20 on Monday, and my oldest sister turns 22 on Thursday. So my dad's girlfriend/ladyfriend/I-DUNNO-friend-that's-more-than-a-friend-and-they-definitely-plan-on-getting-married-friend is throwing them a combined birthday party at her house. She's inviting some people over from her church that we met previously and really enjoyed fellowshipping with. I'm really excited, because I really enjoy having her around and I can tell how happy she makes my dad. She has a great sense of humor and she's just a joy to be around. Not everyone can say that about their future step-parent. Anyways, I'm excited for tomorrow and can't wait!

I am 'can't even'-ing over here so hard. I'm all riled up and want to Hulk smash, but I know it wouldn't help the situation.... and I keep thinking about pearls and swine and patience and shaking dust off of shoes. GAAH!!!

In other news? The bread for today's market looks amazing and I'm really excited about it!

It was really nice to chat with everyone last night for a few minutes!

I know; barely worth a post, but I'd left with a "brb, probably", and ended up getting a package ready to mail and doing other mostly non-CC things, but good to chat with all of you :).

Lost my cellphone.

Just recently bought a snazzy phone case for it and it was a replacement phone.
so

..........................

I am definitely not feeling this situation right now.
Thinking I left it at the store the other day, when that one person mumbled something to me that I couldn't really comprehend.

I am not buying a new phone.

I am going to invent a new cell phone if that has to happen.

I am going to go to the rainforest and pick a random fruit off of a tree and smear paint on my face and stand on top of a mountain and wait for lightning to strike it so it gives me all of those great new features, internet, wifi, and all of those fancy apps that I never use.

And then when I'm done, I am going to take a fish, and fillet it's scales and super glue them to the outside of the makeshift phone and it will then have a waterproofing ability.

Then I am going to take a Spanish-English-French-Norwegian- Mandarin-Gaelic Dictionary, and burn it,

and sprinkle the ashes over it and I will have a dictionary app.

Oh the things I would do if I lived off of the land.
But.......

I don't.
And I have to live a life where I have to be thoroughly connected to technology
Or people will think that there's something wrong with me.

:D

I have decided that I will go to the store and embarrass myself now :)

It is impossible for me to like this post any more than I already do. Are we related?

(I am really sorry you lost your phone though.)

random Saturday morning thoughts:

I just popped something in the oven and I keep hearing strange hissing sounds from that direction. It's either the oven or the neighbors doing something in their patio. I hope it's the latter. My breakfast should not be hissing.

My current stained glass project has commandeered my kitchen table. I should be able to take it to the studio to finish today though. I want my table back. Maybe I can even knock out a few smaller suncatchers for the "Second Saturday" art walk. I sold my last piece at one of those, but I think some smaller projects may be the way to go. Better to sell twenty things at $10 to $15 bucks than one thing at $100.

I think the hissing is from the sprinklers in the apartment complex behind me. The ones by my mailbox made the same hissing noise, so I think the clafoutis is safe. I was inspired by last night's chat to do something different in the kitchen. A clafoutis is basically a giant French custardy baked pancake. I once made a strawberry one (sour cherries are the traditional kind) which I thought was too sweet but my kids loved.

Should start laundry. Coloreds this time - last night while chatting I did whites. Gotta do the mundane stuff before the fun stuff.

Happy Saturday, folks! :D

There are moments when I really want to respond to a critique of my post, but then I realize that it was their lack of reading comprehension that caused the misunderstanding in the first place.
