dcon, you really nailed it last week: all these guys are if if if if if if. it is really easy to construct your own argument and then try to make it. it also amazes me that they really just ignore big chunks of the Bible, and when pointed out to them, they just brush it off. sad.
How can there be gratitude involved in our salvation if it's our "sinless" conduct that gets us saved. There is no way I could calculate the unrepentant sin of my children but do I disown them and throw them out on the street? These knuckleheads who think they aren't sin to their very core do a lot of damage to relationships. I've seen it firsthand.

Yeah no doubt...the whole idea of mercy and grace states it all......unmerited favor........undeserved favor...unconditional love....etc......

It is a conditional statement.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:10) If I am like God's detective, only using the Bible, The Spirit of God, and the Internet, then by using conditional statements I can make arguments, find God's Truth, and check it against the Bible, and what God is telling me.

If the main clause of my sentence is true, then it has to be true under these conditions. If the God of the Bible exists, and the Bible is Truth and shows his Character, and how he works in the world, then you can see it through the last 2000 years of history. If you have progressed to a certain point of Faith, then you no longer are suppressing your sin, but just living in the spirit.

And Uriah carried his own death sentence as he was the one who carried and passed the message.....if I remembered right!
How pitiful :(, and it seems that Uriah was a pretty nice guy, he had such compassion for his fellow soldiers.

You read the story of David and Goliath when your in Sunday school as a child and then you find out things like this.

Saw in another thread where someone thanked you for your service to our country. I say ditto to that. You remind me of my husband, seriously you could be his younger brother. Different time, he was drafted.

I have often wondered how these self rightious folks who no longer sin are going to react when they stand before the Father and He starts pointing out all their sins.
Especially there claim that they only missed up sometimes but never really sinned nor lied about being sinless.

Well, many will come before his throne bragging and they will be cast from his presence as their faith was in a gospel of a different kind which had no power to save....they trusted in their own righteousness just like the Pharisees did and Jesus said clearly....

1. You are white washed coffins filled with the bones of dead men
2. Blind
3. Cannot come where he will be
4. Hypocrites
5. Their doctrine makes people two-fold children of hell

etc............weeping and gnashing of teeth.......

Yeah no doubt...he was faithful to David, Israel, his fellow soldiers etc.....and without a doubt...many a man has done foolish things for the sake of love.....like the proverbial Helen of Troy and the face that launched a thousand ships...Adam for the sake of Eve..etc.........

Thanks for the compliment.......Kudos to your husband...must have been Vietnam era draft.....and thanks for his service as well and your sacrifice too.....

I lived like The Prodigal Son for awhile. I had a hard time in the Army, and I spent a lot of time in bars. I suddenly was called into God's service a little over a year ago. Other than the occasional bad word or misspeaking a little, I have not sinned. Also, I had to deal with all my sins I had not confessed over summer 2014. I received a lot of God's Spirits, and I was judging people over the internet. Jesus says don't be a hypocrite. I had to confess or work through everyone of my sins I had not. God reminded me of everyone of them. If I was going to work for God, and God is pure and holy, and his spirit was wrapped around my soul, then I had to be Baptized by Fire and Purified.

Young man you are deceiving yourself and calling God a liar when you say you do not/have not sinned.
Bad words and misspeaking are SINS.

Someone asks me a question. I give an answer to the best of my knowledge at the time. I suddenly remember something that makes that answer not quite true and quickly correct it. That is a sin?

I am a single man and virile and live alone. I live right next to a major university. Sexual sin is one of the most dangerous sins of all. I have not sinned since I moved to North Carolina and some time before.

Is misspeaking code for lying? so in the last year you have not sinned once other than the few you listed.....

You have not got mad at anyone without a just reason
You have not lusted after anyone
You have not had one evil thought
You have not had one evil desire
You have not misjudged someone
You have not kept one penny in change that was too much back

and on and on and on................yeah right!

I guess you can just wave to Jesus from across the room when when you stand in the Fathers presence of your own accord.

It is around AD 33. Jesus Christ, who you do not know stands in front of you. He tells you I have triumphed over sin. Not in a self righteous way to build himself up and put others down, but as a statement of fact, and to give others hope, and to help lead others down a similar path. If Jesus can do it, others can do it. That is how God sees righteous leadership.

(Romans 8:1-8) I am of The Spirit and guided by The Spirit. I became very good at talking to God to the point where I often consult him on what to eat for breakfast. I live in the Spirit, for God, building his Kingdom. Your hostility towards me seems to suggest you are of the flesh, and there are a lot of doubting Tomas'.

What I am telling you, is if you do not know or feel it, there is a lot more to Faith that many of you may be missing out on. I have produced a lot for God in the last year or so. Most of it is all connected to my Twitter account linked to my signature. I provide everything for free. I do this full time.

I am saved. Are you suggesting that I need to sin more to get into the father's presence? That will separate me from the father.

Im saying you don't need Jesus anymore. You've arrived at a sinless life. You don't sin anymore. Just a mistake here and there. I'm trying to wrap my head around how mistakes are different than sin to a perfect God though.....but however you wanna spin it.

You should repent for deceiving yourself into believing you are perfected in your fleshly existence. That's all Im saying. I am no judge of the state of your heart....only that you say that you don't sin anymore....which is unscriptural pride driven hogwash.

Mistake - Something that cannot be corrected.
Error - Something that can be corrected.

I didn't say I am perfect. I am just beyond the law of sin and man. I am in the Spirit and I let God guide me.

To clarify....I don't don't think about sin on a person level very often. I am not anxious or fearful of it. I just listen to God.
