I really wish people didn't greet each other by asking "how are you?". The way my life's going right now I can really feel the resistance and the lie when I automatically respond, "good, how are you?". Nothing could be further from the truth..

Thanks wwjd, but it's not people I know. Its just when I'm out in public. I know that's silly of me. I'm just going through a very difficult crisis right now.
