Yeah, I tend to go a little shorter during the warmer months, but not too much

I think shorter hair in the summer is pretty cute. and of course longer hair in the colder months. :)

Kodi, I may have you beat as far as self-injury goes. I'm pretty clutz-prone myself... (posted this in Streams but wanted to share here too.)

Ok, here's something crazy stupid and oh so typical of me!!!

I was trying to make a recipe tonight for "zoodles" (zucchini noodles) and so I was peeling away at zucchini with a serrated vegetable peeler... and happened to slice into the side of my finger. The gash is deep enough that you can see about 4 parallel peeled slices into my flesh and it looks like I'm growing gills out of the top of my hand! ARGH!!!! I have to cover it with a band-aid just because the sight of it is making me a little woozy.

The most insane thing is that I use a box cutter EVERY SINGLE DAY at work and haven't cut myself in a few weeks (that might be a record) and yet I come home and maim myself with a vegetable peeler.

Or... it might just mean that vegetables are dangerous.

I think I would have been better off if I had tried to fry myself a burger. I'm thinking one of the requirements I'll need in a significant other is a part-time nurse.

I am also a klutz so you are not alone there, but you could always try a paramedic or my parents have tried getting me to marry a doctor as they would know what to do in a situation like that. Although, I don't think I would want to marry a doctor

When I went to get my hair cut a while back they cut way too much off so I am currently trying to grow my hair back out again, as I don't like too short of hair.

Ironically, my first "real" boyfriend (in high school) became an EMT, and he did have a very wonderful, nurturing "caretaker" side. Long story... but one time I walked a crazy distance in a very uncomfortable pair of shoes and that resulted in blisters the size of quarters... and he carefully cared for and bandaged my feet. In return I used to go over and clean his apartment for him.

It would be nice to find that level of comfort again someday.

Hey, how is it going? Usually we talk about our day and anything we may be struggling with and we just help encourage each other with prayer and Godly wisdom. Everyone here is really friendly and has a giving heart, and so we welcome you with open arms.

Your answer is much better than mine was.
