if you say so. thanks for the backhanded insult tho. It doesn't bother me but it also didn't go unnoticed.

It was not meant as an insult, but I am merely telling you the truth. For that word I referenced which points to a verse is a part of Scripture. Also, Jesus says we can judge, as long as it is righteous judgement. You have put forth many more insults towards me in a way that was not loving (And with words that were not a part of Scripture). My intent is to use that word to not hurt you but for you to examine yourself (See 2 Corinthians 13:5). I say all of this in love (of course).

You are very adept at taking the focus off of yourself and putting it on others so the light doesn't shine on the violence you exhibit towards people here.

For you want an answer. Well, Scripture is my way of replying.

Why? Because faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Faith. Not just in certain parts of the Bible we prefer but faith in all of God’s Word as it plainly presented.

Just pick one. 99% of them are violence towards Gods children under the guise of your own righteousness.

See, you cannot even point out one because you know there really is none that match your wrong claim. There is also... no such thing as... "my righteousness." I don't believe there is such a thing. I believe only God is good and righteous and He does the good work in the believer's life. So please stop accusing me falsely with the claim that I believe in such a thing.

I'm just not interested in going in circles with you today. I'll just stand back for now and let you fly your plane.

Anyways, may God's love and peace shine upon you today.

I will be praying for you.

Well at least pray for Gods will and don't put your personal spin on it. Then at least we can be in agreement on that.

Has any one else noticed that well over 35% of this forum is exasperated responses to Jason's agenda.

Does anyone here really believe that Jason's tirades are worthy of that much attention?

I have not seen any troll on the forum waste as much of the forum's time and energy.

Or as effectively clutter the threads with nonsense.

First, of all dear sir. There is no such thing as "trolls." There is a thing called "people"; And all people need the gospel and the love of Jesus Christ. When you say that a person is a "troll" you are debasing them. You are likening that person with something that is a monster from medieval fanstasy. It is not nice, nor is it a loving example of Jesus Christ to say such a thing to people. Second, there is no.... "my agenda." There is only Jesus Christ and His Word that I am striving to glorify. For if you disagree, smart remarks is not going to help your case (For such things actually work against you). Actually, you have to prove what you are saying is even remotely true by quoting the Word of God. For if you disagree with a Bible verse I have put forth or a verse I have alluded to, then lets be loving and respectful and talk about the Scriptures and not say childish things like.... "It's your agenda" or "such and such person is a troll", etc.

Yes, I agree. Show me an example of what post I said God does violence against God's children. However, what you have to do is prove your case with Scripture, though. Otherwise, it is meaningless.

Oh, and when I say God's children, I am talking about His children who are good and faithful to the Lord. This is defined by the fact that they do not make excuses for sin in their life (Whether it be a little bit of sin or a lot of sin). For no true believer can abide in unrepentant sin (Like say "lying" or lusting after women") and then die, and still be saved. It doesn't work like that.

Just a point of reference, no where to my knowledge does the bible paint Mary Magdalene as a prostitute. Chapter and verse?

I personally don't believe Jesus chose evil people as his disciples. None were perfect, but that doesn't equate to being evil.
Ill repute. If she wasn't having sex for money, she was having it before marriage.

I personally think the Eagles have a shot of winning the Super Bowl too, and, in some ways, I can prove that. But, in reality, we all know simply because we, personally, believe something doesn't mean it has any bearing of reality, even if we can prove small portions of whatever we've latched onto.

I think you suffer from the same problem I have as a dye-in-the-wool Eagles fan -- we spend way too much time taking creative license out of the small bit of reality we have. I do it way too often with the Eagles. You do it way too often with the Bible. I'm ankle deep in Eagles-beliefs swamp. You're up to your neck in creative-licensing the Bible swamp.

I'm not sure where my creative-licensing the Eagles will lead me, (other than guaranteed disappointment some time next winter), but I worry about where your beliefs will lead you.

Posting scripture will never be enough for ya, Jason.
Why?
No one can convince you that you see scripture wrong. Our opinion.
You can't convince us that we are seeing scripture wrong. Your opinion.

Don't you ever get tired of it all? Apparently we are lost to you.
What makes you think that tomorrow will come, and all of a sudden you're going to change our minds on those issues that you are passionate about?

Debate is useless......now you and l have to believe God will do the rest....correct whoever may be wrong on these topics.
We are not God. ........and this is loving post, brother.

We are lost, I guess?
Why do you and others enjoy returning, if our minds are set, we preach lies, and the entire forum is doomed?

Its a cycle that never seems to end.

Pray for them, and not in a shallow, half-hearted manner, but truly, sincerely pray for them.

Most here believe they cannot stop sinning. Right there! That is an excuse to sin.

You have not stopped sinning, Jason. To be a sinner does not mean you're bad or evil, it simply means you make mistakes. I reiterate, you have not stopped sinning, Jason.
