You will never find the word, "dispensation" in the bible. That doesn't mean it isn't a bona fide way to understand the word and to see God's ways of dealing with men.

Nothing garbage-y about it. If you don;t know what we're talking about, it's best to suspend your judgmental and hypercritical thinking and comments until you do know. Thanks.
Oh really! My, my. Kinda hypocritical since you do that to me all the time!!!!

Ok then, explain this dispensation stuff from the bible . I have never even seen the word dipensation in the bible . Sounds like man made garbage ya'll are supposed to be against . I get told all the time i don't follow the bible and dispensation for sure is not in the bible
The hubris is incredible. The word Bible isn't in the Bible, either. You criticize people, over something you're wholly ignorant of, then command somebody to explain things to you? You make these sophomoric comments, call knowledge beyond your comprehension garbage? Sorry, but you're behaving like a complete idiot. I learned dispensations the hard way, from blackboards, taking notes, reading. You can also learn these things on the web.

Maybe you've been spoon fed by some priest, who claims to have your faith covered for you, as your knowledge of scripture is near zero, from what I've seen, and here in a Bible discussion forum. You seem to more be a cheerleader for Catholicism, but a very poor one, at that. If you're incompetent to Google and are only here to troll, if you're too lazy and dull to learn and think, before you speak, find somebody else to call their knowledge garbage you know nothing about, somebody else to bore with asinine, worthless little one-liners.

Try as you may, you only insult yourself, when you admit you're ignorant and state the knowledge you know nothing of is garbage. Is that even intelligent? Is there a reason you're worth communicating with?

A little reading would enlighten you.

1Co_9:17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
Eph_1:10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
Eph_3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
Col_1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;

God never works two dispensations at the same time. { Yes He does -- during the entire ministry of Christ, the Old Covenant 'era' overlapped the New Covenant 'era'. (1) } This Church dispensation will end when the Church is removed { The Church is not going to be removed. (2) } and the Tribulation dispensation will begin, God reverting back to the time of the Law { After the death and resurrection of Christ, there is no "going back" to the Old Law. (3) } in order to reach the Jew for their Messiah. { The Jews will be reached by / through the New Covenant. (4) } You need to not fight against what His word plainly teaches, but allow Him that time to reap a huge harvest among His precious people.
(1) The Old Covenant 'era' ended at the resurrection of Christ. The New Covenant 'era' began at the baptism of Christ. They overlap. It was necessary - in order for Christ to both 'confirm' the Old Covenant and 'institute' the New Covenant. This is not to say that God is through with Israel - He is not. Israel ( as a nation ) still "has a part to play" in the future.

(2) The Church - as a 'mortal' entity - will be in continuous existance until the Great White Throne Judgment. I say this because of these verses of scripture:

Matthew 16:

[SUP]18[/SUP] And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Revelation 20:

[SUP]14[/SUP] And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

If a single person "passes through the gates of hell" while the [ 'mortal' ] Church is not present on the Earth, then this would mean that the gates of hell prevailed against it.

"Think about it..." ;)

(3) The one-time sacrifice of Christ on the cross "fulfilled" the Old Covenant.

(4) The Jews will be "reached" by the same plan of salvation - under the same covenant - as the Gentiles.

:)

There is no overlap between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant.

The Church of Jesus Christ will become transformed into immortality , with physical bodies at the Rapture, or the Resurrection of the saints, and will remain so forever.

There are generally seven dispensations, from the Garden of Eden, the Dispensation of Innocence, through the Millennial Kingdom. Some scholars include more, subdividing some periods in God's program with mankind. It merely states there was a time of innocence, a time of conscience, without the law, a time of man's authority... law... then came grace, etc. It has nothing to do with doctrine, any corruption of doctrine, just divides periods in God's dealings with mankind into their characteristics, a way to study the progression of God's program. If it's bad, it's bad to study the Bible in an orderly fashion, then, or, in many cases around here, study the Bible at all.

There is a problem with using Ezekiel 23:6 to make your point here, and that is this scripture is speaking about the Assyrians and not anybody else;

Ezekiel 23:5
"Oholah played the harlot while she was Mine; and she lusted after her lovers, after the Assyrians, her neighbors,

I am certainly glad you think of me as a Friend. That is a two way street. That is why I tried so hard to reach you with the TRUTH. You and I have the same opinion on the KJV. Do Not be so Hasty to trash can new Translations though. In do so, you imply that GOD is not Holy Enough and Powerful Enough to keep His Word Pure and True through Modern Translators. I actually haver 12 Translation open when I do my Bible research and Studies.

As for the TEMPLE, all of Third TEMPLE Artifact HAVE BEEN MADE, the Levitte Priests have been Trained, the blueprints are already drawn, and some of the Building Materials have been stockpiled. The Jews have EVERY INTENTION of building the THIRD TEMPLE. They are waiting for GOD to make a way for it to be possible. Only the ANTICHRIST will come along and deceive them into signing a peace treaty allowing it, and they will think it was GOD, who did it. Come to think about it, Satan does have to get permission from GOD to do what he does, like he did with JOB.

As for the Nations involved in attacking Israel just before the Second Coming there will be a lot of them, I sure hope an pray you have a very good idea about how to teach people who turn to the LORD during the Tribulation, what all they have to do to endure it all, knowing they will be beheaded. I will not be here to help you, as all of those who believe as I do, will certainly be at the Wedding of the Lamb.

I did a fun short Bible Study today, and a thorough internet search that you may find thought provoking.

WHO IS THE ARMY IN BLUE, in Bible Prophecy?

Ezekiel 23:6 (NRSV)
[SUP]6 [/SUP] clothed in blue, governors and commanders, all of them handsome young men, mounted horsemen.

Take a look at this, the U.S. Army is phasing out the the Green Dress Uniforms, and guess what color the new ones are:

And look at the new Chinese Uniforms:

And the European Union Army Uniforms:

And United Nations Forces:

And NATO Forces:

And the Britts:

And the French:

And the Germans:

And the Macedonian Army:

And the Greek Army:

And the Swiss:

And the Turkish Army:

And the U.S. Navy:

And Iranian Military Dress Uniforms:

And the Serbian Army:

And the Ukrainian Army:

NOW, look at this Russian Military Dress Uniform on the right:

Revelation 9:17 (NKJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] And thus I saw the horses in the vision: those who sat on them had breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.

Perhaps Tank Commanders, are who are pictured in that VERSE.

More Russian Uniforms:

So when and why did SO MANY of today's Military's switch to the Color Blue, especially their Dress Uniforms.

Zechariah 14:12-13 (GW)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] This will be the plague the LORD will use to strike all the people from the nations that have gone to war against Jerusalem. Their flesh will rot while they are standing on their feet. Their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.
[SUP]13 [/SUP] On that day a large-scale panic from the LORD will spread among them. One person will grab the hand of another, and one will attack the other.

Revelation 19:19-21 (YLT)
[SUP]19 [/SUP] And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, having been gathered together to make war with him who is sitting upon the horse, and with his army;
[SUP]20 [/SUP] and the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who did the signs before him, in which he led astray those who did receive the mark of the beast, and those who did bow before his image; living they were cast--the two--to the lake of the fire, that is burning with brimstone;
[SUP]21 [/SUP] and the rest were killed with the sword of him who is sitting on the horse, which sword is proceeding out of his mouth, and all the birds were filled out of their flesh.

Revelation 14:19-20 (HCSB)
[SUP]19 [/SUP] So the angel swung his sickle toward earth and gathered the grapes from earth’s vineyard, and he threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath.
[SUP]20 [/SUP] Then the press was trampled outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press up to the horses’ bridles for about 180 miles.

So what does it all mean?

Until the LORD comes back as the Conquering KING of Kings, somebody is making a fortune manufacturing BLUE dye.

FancyNancy may I learn a little from you? By asking these?
a) Who do the sheep nations of Matthew 25:31-46 help?
b) If some Gentiles come to accept the Lord during the Tribulation, then why, apparently, do not the sheep nations of 25:31-46? Especially if they are helping Christians, why don't they also become Christians?
c) By "accept Jesus as Messiah..." here, do you mean be born again?
d) If becoming born anew during the Tribulation is possible (for others besides the surviving remnant of Israel at the very end), then why is an "eternal gospel" preached in Revelation 14:6-7?
e) Is that "eternal gospel," and the warning in 14:9-11, essentially the same thing as the gospel Paul and John preached (1 Cor 15:3-4; Rom 10:9; Rev 22:17) ?

Thanks if you have the time

Try it. You might learn a thing or three.
It's not about learning. He would Google, if this were the case. It's probably about a Catholic agenda, but probably, only if he really is a Catholic. There's no certainty anything is real. But it's not about an exchange of knowledge, rather trolling, fighting with Protestants. A person who wants to learn, in earnest, would get their rear off a message board and seek serious education, from a reliable source. I'm old enough to have learned Christianity, prior to the web, and I know one thing for certain: I shudder to think anybody is seeking their Christian growth on a message board. This is not the place for anybody not grounded in the Bible, as the false exegesis and trolls are wall-to-wall.
