who here can obey the very first command 24/7?
how about the other one about love your neighbor (who is anyone you meet on the street)? Can we do this 24/7
If your honest with yourself. the law should do its job, and make you KNOW you can not be sinless. because these commands cause you to fall on your face every day.

It was written It is called the gospels. I think there were even a few movies made about it.
The stars were the pharisees. Who were clean on the outside, yet excused their sin as inconsequential (not eveil or bad, just mistakes)

Is that what you promote?
No. You promote the notion of permanent inward filth. You deny that which is inside the cup can possibly become truly clean.
Thus you twist the "inward filth" of the Pharisees in the context of "outward religious practices" (ie. a form of godliness) and try to apply it to those who claim to actually have been inwardly cleansed whereby the outside is truly clean also.
This is as obvious as the nose on a face.

I am not talking about external cleansing without an internal cleansing. You just ignore any notion of an internal cleansing.
How does an internal cleansing take place?
Simple, via repentance and faith. Repentance whereby we turn from evil and faith whereby we yield to God and are empowered by His Spirit working within us. We are regenerated inwardly by the Holy Ghost and made clean via the implanted word of God. Just as the Bible teaches. Faith purifies the heart.
You are opposed to faith purifying the heart for you constantly defend ongoing filthiness which is the opposite of any purifying.
Act 15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
Do you have a testimony of your heart being purified by faith? Of course not because you oppose such a thing.
Trusting in myself? I trust in God and walk in the Spirit of His life. Yet because you deny any possibility of one actually being able to WALK in the Spirit of life IN Jesus Christ you have to twist such a notion into "trusting in yourself."
Obeying God is not trusting in yourself. Obeying God is simply the RIGHT THING to do.
Saved you from what? What did Jesus save you from?
