Ok, just finished preparation for tomorrow nights repast for the family.
Put on a slow cooker full of Pinto Beans, with a 1/4 Red Onion diced, 1 TBS of Ground Black Pepper, 1 TSP of Sea Salt, 1 can of Hunts Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (didn't have fresh), and 1/2 cup of Black Coffee just made. Will let the cooker do it's magic until about 4PM tomorrow.
Also having Idaho Baked Potatoes and Tri-Colored Rotini smothered in Alfredo Sauce, and, of course, CORNBREAD!
I'm hungry now! But hours to go............sigh
