You are the one who beat a dead horse on this thread.

That's rich! That really is! You're hilarious. I gave up on your narrow-minded ... no, make that closed-minded ... attitude a long time ago. I'm just amazed you keep coming back on this site, and from what I've read briefly this morning, still disavowing Christ but trying to convince Christians not to believe the Living Word.

You're looking for something you won't admit to, friend. This is where you will find it, but you have to drop the facade first.

Show me one post where I disavowed Christ.

Or else you are lying.

That's the problem with you YECs.

You like to label anyone who does not blindly submit to your pseudoscience as a heretic.

lol who cares Jack? The bible says what its says...its a matter of faith...I have my faith and you appear to have yours?
I'll help you out since you are intellectually incapable of answering the questions.

The first two questions were:

1. Is Henry Morris considered to be the father of the modern YEC movement?

2. Did Henry Morris get much of his flood geology from George McCready Price?

From the Wikipedia article on Henry Morris:

He is considered by many to be "The father of modern creation science."

In 1961, Morris and John C. Whitcomb wrote The Genesis Flood, which advocated creationism and flood geology. In it he cited an influence by George McCready Price, a Seventh-day Adventist schoolteacher and defender of creationism in the early 20th century.

Now, I wonder just how much Henry Morris was influence by George McCready Price.

Do you know?

Of course not.

Not to worry, I'll help you out soon with the answer.

Friend because you say or someone else says "considered to be" or this person says this or that? It don't matter...the bible is correct! Its a matter of faith not what men said or mans logic.

You can't even say what bible is correct.

Please point me to a link for a bible that is absolutely correct.

Or give me the name of such absolutely correct bible so that I can go buy it.

I don't know that any bible is without some difference or some might say error...but they all agree on the flood :)

Are you paying attention?

Didn't RachelBibleStudent convince you that the Septuagint (LXX) indicates that Methuselah died 14 years after the Flood?

Rachel is not the one who decides things :) and we already had this discussion.... a copy in the Vatican has that error...

Rachel is the one who decides if the Septuagint (LXX) indicates that Methuselah lived 14 years after the Flood because she likely spent hours 'proving" it.

You spent about a minute saying that the copy at the Vatican contains that error.

So prove that the Vatican copy is in error.

Try Nestles Greek text. It will even show you the possible variances. And it is 99 % accurate :)

Nope sorry...if Rachel approved that, she is in error just like that copy.

I don't think I could prove that to you...but any reasonable believer would understand that one copy of the scriptures could have a error and its clearly a error.

Jack, the dinosaurs are all dead. You can let it go now. Just let it go.
what about the Loch Ness monster? People do claim to have seen it, and it has never been proved not to exist. It has been reliably described. It will be hurt if it learns that you said it was dead meat :)

Besides its Jack's last chance to see one.

I thought it was called 'the Origin of Specs (speculations)'.

It was a fun fairy tale. Pity they discovered micro-biology and spoiled it all.

Yeah, Dr. Dino (Kent Hovind) believes Nessie is a dinosaur.

Who reliably described it?

I read in a book about a drunk Irish midget talking about it.

I'll have to go find the book.

rotflol...

Why don't you believe the world is 6,000 years old opposed to the world being billions of years old?

As a self-proclaimed prophet of God, how old do YOU say the world is, David....?

If anyone should know, it MUST be you....

Where do you get 3,000 years for YEC?

Old Earth Creationism has been about for billions of years, so says God through his wonderful works of nature.
