In another thread here, an American (I can't remember who) reckons that non-Yanks should not comment on U.S. affairs.
So I venture forth with trepidation,
I do not believe for one moment that Obama would initiate
any attack against Russia - let alone a
nuclear strike.
To this outsider-looking in, he appears to have been the
least warlike U.S. President in the last half century.
Apart from the unavoidable confrontation with the Isis loonies, he seems to have scaled
down American meddling in the Middle East and elsewhere.
And, unlike his predecessors, he has waged no
new wars during his term.
No attacks have been made on small Asian or Central American countries which posed no possible threat to the USA - which is a refreshing change.
