The verse does not teach that. What it teaches is that the Spirit, when sent, brought to the apostles the ability to teach the Gospel and bring to remembrance for them all the things that transpired during His Earthly ministry. There is nothing about all believers, implied or specific, included in that verse.

Claiming it teaches words that aren't even there -- "comes in the name of the Lord" -- stretches Scripture far beyond reason as to actually flirt with blasphemy. Or have you forgotten warnings in both the Old Testament and the New about "adding to" these words?

You've proven yourself biblically illiterate with this post. But I'll give you an opportunity to prove what you say here exegetically. Go for it.

Here's a few verses about being given a new name from the Lord....
Isaiah 62:2
And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall name.

Mark 16:17
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Revelation 2:17
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Revelation 3:12
Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Now many shall claim to come in "His name", but if they are not anointed of the Lord then they are under the curse, as written. So if someone claims they are "In Christ" which is only possible by Christ dwelling in them by the Holy Spirit, but they truly are not, then they are swearing falsely by "His name".

You do realize for a scripture to be parallel with another does not mean it has to match up word for word ???

Apostle Matthew and Apostle Paul are separate people and how they word things will not be exactly the same, which is why not even all the gospel books say and use exactly the same wording at times. Just like if me and you witnessed the same event and wrote about our letters of the event will not be the same in how they are worded.

So your debate is flawed by trying to even assume that, for both scriptures show that all truth will be given to all believers not just a few handful.

Just because you said not to say it does not mean you are not doing it, so it is not a false allegation.
You can tell me not to call you out on where you are wrong all you want, but if you state things in the way that we do not receive the same knowledge as that which was given to the original Apostles then what you say is false and you are denying what the Holy Spirit was sent to do in all of us believers, not just a certain few believers.

Trying to tell me I don't know what the bible says about the Holy Spirit is a farce....
It says He is our comforter, He guides us in all truth, He seals the obedient tell the day of redemption, He convicts believers when they sin, and He gives us the knowledge from God when we ask in prayer.

This too is a lie....I made a pure statement of truth in my opening salvo on this thread, you rejected the truth of it as you always do and before long began to make your own comments which you always do to everybody that disagrees with you.....and if you were sincere you would pay heed to ALL of the PEOPLE who disagree with you and ALL who respond in kind with the same arguments against the things you post.....You think you have the market cornered and what is funny is everyone that disagrees with YOU study on their OWN and ALL of us come up with the same conclusions.....the only people who agree with you is a small company of people who regularly twist scriptures so far out of context that they are nothing more than fanciful stories......!
