I challenge you to accept this is God's will from that guy's own words:
God has already placed His healing power within us, and it is now under our authority. It isn’t up to God to determine who receives healing; it’s up to us!
Isn't that just off the charts deceptive and absurd? God's our puppet! It's the money grubbing creature words, not the Creator's word, now; our will, not His will alone, now. (I keep forgetting we're all gods 'o the Word of Faith, too.) Why don't we just go all the way and become Satanists? Tell you what, you supply the bread, because they've already supplied the,

That is many things, but it ain't of God! Try not pushing a heretic onto hurting people. I say this as someone who has gotten over most of the emotional hurt from people like you trying to fix me. Are you really so much into New Age that you're willing to push a weak bro away from the church once he finds out the damage AW causes?

Bruise reeds and smoldering wicks mean something. Don't crush! In God's name, don't crush, please. I employ you, knowing you mean well, but this isn't well at all. This is worse than sick.
Far TOO MANY Christians do not know that we are to appropriate our healing, for we have it already within our born again spirits along with every single blessing and promise that God has made to us. Our healing is in the atonement of Jesus Christ. It's a sure thing. A done deal. We simply need to learn how to appropriate the healing from our spirits through our minds right in to our bodies. This is exactly what Paul did to maintain his health, and it is something we must do. It makes it much easier when Christians come to understand the fact that we are tripartite creations of God, created with Body, Soul and Spirit and how each of them work and correlate.

Perhaps I can't tell, but I can let the Mods know next time it happens and let them decide.
You've been rash and frivolous with the reporting, yet you have been posting things that are slanderous of known believers.

I wont push my Church here neither will I disclose it to the WWW.
I don't care what the name of your particular church is, but I am curious as to who has been teaching and influencing you.

I don't watch Christian tv so this guy has definitely gone under my radar as the speaker expressed. The first I heard of him was a couple days ago from a group here on CC. Seems like a number of them came out of the closet recently.
These aren't christians but cultists, beware.

I missed this post by you crossnote., so anyone who disagrees with you about Wommack on cc have come out of the closet and are cultists??? I can assure you I have come out of no closet and am not a cultist by any stretch of the imagination. I simply do not agree with your assessment of this man and any other Christian person who doesn't follow your interpretation of scripture concerning healing and speaking in tongues and other issues that we touch on in these forums. To call me a cultist is shameful.

Hold on a second... you are posting tons of sites that talk "about" someone and promote anger and false reports about what someone is saying..., but if I post a site and encourage you to listen to the 'person' instead of another site that condemns that person it's wrong?

I'm certainly not trying to advertize, I am doing what you were doing crossnote. And this is not anti Christian, I'm a Christian too even though I don't agree with you crossnote that does not make me not a Christian. For all the tons of links you have posted I find it almost a shock that you could post this to me.
you need to go back and double check your allegations. The video and the long quote were posted by a couple of others...not me. I'm not here promoting a group.

Cool, I love the apologetics index, I've used it for years.
Even they don't have it all down pat, either. I am so glad I can rely on the wisdom of God to show me what end is up and not some website run and contributed to by unknowns from who knows where?

Pure unadulterated New Age teaching.

you must of also missed my later post yesterday where I said, I wouldn't be doing any more name calling but would try to stick with the scriptural basis of an issue.

There's NOTHING New Age about it!
I was a few years in the New Age and it sounds all too familiar.
Basically it is "wake up to the godhood within and learn to draw on those powers"

So sorry for your poor choice, there, but New Agism is of Satan, and I have nothing to do with it. Your conclusion is completely faulty.

Not Neutral, but a Variety of Perspectives

You'll notice that we're not neutral. However, as explained here we do our best to balance our personal opinions with links to pro-, contra-, and neutral perspectives. Those links can include Christian, non-Christian and secular research resources.

crossnote, just went to your site 'again' and it agrees with your theology not mine about speaking in tongues and healing and many other topics that 'Christians' disagree on. Christians who come here to fellowship and support CC financially. They are not cultists.

Your site offers info on other "religions" too. This is the same website you put up before that posted a part of what was said and not the whole, and condemns other Christians.

Of course New Age is of satan, the father of lies...pointing people within, to themselves.

Your post makes no sense. My site? Another false allegation. What kind of discernment do you have anyways?

I have no site.

Well I was not talking about that in any way. When you come to the understanding of how we are created, you will eventually be open to understanding what I wrote there. Until then, not so much. But don't try to declare it New Ageism. It couldn't be further from the truth.

The Apologetics Index on Wommack certainly exposes his false teachings. He has strayed far from Biblical Christianity.

I would not bother to spend the time and energy listening to some teacher who people here have posted enough links to know that he is a false teacher involved in a false cult - the Word of Faith.

I studied Kenyon and Copeland back in the 80s when my friend got involved in their ministries and she gave me the books. It freaked me out as a young Christian, especially her condemnation of me when I got sick with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Then she got breast cancer, refused treatment, claimed healing, appropriated healing, believed for her healing and died 10 momths later when the cancer metastasized.

My friend is all the real life "feeling" experiences I need to know as to why this cult is so wrong. And when people post links to these people, I see why the movement is a lie and deceiving people.

Wommack is a humanist, almost an atheist in his treatment of God as NOT being sovereign and humans being in control. I don't need context to see that his teaching is a doctrine of demons.
