Some days I love where I live (cows, goats, deer, skunks, cats and all). Then other days...I have to close MY curtains to avoid seeing my naked neighbor.

*sigh*

Whyyyyy do we live here??

the primary thing i have learned from naked neighbors past???

"if you can see them, they can see...."

just keep your curtains closed. : )

p.s. i grew up (no joke) not far from some weird nudist family. i can remember driving by with my mom and seeing assorted flesh that was both unfamiliar and puzzling. and my mom saying, "oh heavens! doesn't that just beat all???". hillbillies!!!

ironically, they were from upstate new york.

Thanks guys. Even after so many years, sometimes I just hit a grief bubble. I should have expected it after the family visits in the last few weeks, but it still surprises me every time.

It'll get better. It always does. God is faithful, even when I am not.

I wish this earth was butterflies and cool temps with sunny days at 75 degrees but it's not!

But loved ones remember pain is mortal earth. Tears are collected...and counted in Heavens worth.

Skylove - so I shouldn't tell you that our high is 60* here today? Out of the wind it's probably 75*. These are our summer temps. Our winter temps are 15*-20* cooler.

Btw... The bracelet was a symbol of love and devotion in the series, and he happily wore it always.

This is stream of consciousness so I will be all over the place here, lol. I think women are amazing. Maybe one day I will find the woman of my dreams. I would like to put her needs first. That would be so fulfilling to me to wait on her and make her life more fulfilling.

Sometimes I think about how difficult it is being 30 in today's America. I did well in college, and got more education. I still live at home and can't begin my career. I love people but am always alone. When you are poor, you can't do much of anything.

I've been reading a book called, "Theology in Exodus" and it is very interesting. I know God was with Moses and the Israelites as Moses led them out of Egypt. I know he will be with me too.

It is disturbing and upsetting to me that our nation has legalized gay marriage and abortion as well. This country is not a Christian nation. The leaders our corrupt, as our nation drowns in debt.

Not to mention the C.I.A created ISIS and there are all over the U.S. too. Did you know there is a fifteen mile stretch of completely unprotected border in Texas? The ranch owners there complain of the Mexican drug lords coming through there.

There are F.E.M.A. camps set up across our nation and many U.S. citizens have reported convoys of military vehicles moving through our country. There are also U.N. military vehicles throughout our nation.

Also we remain completely vulnerable to an EMP attack. Former secretary of state warned our leaders about this. Tensions remain high with Russia and Putin just gave a speech about how he will not hesitate to go to war with the U.S. if N.A.T.O. forces continue to threaten Russia and her interests.

Not to mention the radiation from Fukushima will continue to get worse and radiation levels will increase to unhealthy levels
across the west coast of the U.S.

Our country is something like 18 trillion dollars in debt and the middle class is basically non-existent. There is the super wealthy and they hold most all of the wealth.

I look at America and I am reminded of ancient Rome and all her problems.

Sometimes I wish I had a woman who was my friend and we could hang out. I thought it would be nice to have a female friend to hug. Well, maybe one day, but I won't get my hopes up.

I have also been thinking about how much I love philosophy. I think I will go post in the online philosophy forums. Oh, and I love Ovaltine too. Yummmm. Great healthy chocoloate Ovaltine. More Ovaltine please! (Lol, love that commercial.)

Did you need to brush your teeth when you got back up? That's my method of deciphering sleep.

Welcome to CC and the singles forum. I recommend a good dose of Philippians 4:6-7 for persistent thoughts like these. Hope you can enjoy our community here and that it will help you feel a bit less lonely. And when all else fails, we talk about food.
