Apparently, "tolerance" is a one-way street.

Didn´t ONE WOMAN say: "...
If I were you I would leave..."?
Although last night my mother, me and one of my brothers wanted a couple to leave the front of our building (where they were drinking alcohol -and probably drugs) one agressive woman "cursed" my mom and me, in similar ways, throwing broken pieces of glass, as long as I tried to protect my brother, from being cut, by his lover.
That incident taught me, a lot, on how MY Christian actitude should be shaped:
(Isa 42:2-4)
Mat 12:19 He shall not strive, nor cry aloud; Neither shall any one hear his voice in the streets.
Mat 12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break, And smoking flax shall he not quench, Till he send forth judgment unto victory.
But, comparing both of these cases, what was said -
regarding Jesus´ Biblical actitude- it seems to be a safe "alternative" to avoid violent confrontations, particularly when, the law arrives, hurting things might have happened.
A piece of me: I got a tiny cut, on the chin.
