Sexual orientation is a protected class in Oregon, the same as race, religion, sex, and age, and this business clearly discriminated against this couple due to their sexual orientation. Don't like it, then change the law. The business owners implied time and time again through both traditional and social media that they were going to continue breaking the law by discriminating based upon sexual orientation, and that's part of the reason they're having to cough up so much money.

Well like I said the fight has just begun here in the USA and many of us cannot approve what God has condemned ..it don't matter how many laws are made to promote it, Gods word and righteousness cannot be moved or changed.

There are really only two options: SCOTUS reverses its decision or a Constitutional amendment. The former rarely happens, and the latter doesn't seem likely due to the many solidly blue states. All the talk of seccession and the like are pie in the sky. Either way, the tide has turned generationally and within society at large. The favorability and oppositional numbers have flipped in the last fifteen years, and as the Silent Generation and Baby Boomers die out, it'll be firmly cemented: Changing Attitudes on Gay Marriage | Pew Research Center

No these knuckle head judges die every day..and have to be replaced and can easily be replaced by honest judges...And the congress could pass a law tomorrow that overturns this nonsense or at least restricts it until other measures or judges can be put into place. No matter what Gods standards don't change and those who serve God will never yield to this wickedness...so lets see what happens :)

If true conservatives gain control of the white house and congress ..a lot of this liberal nonsense can be turned back.

Bakers who refused to make lesbian wedding cake told to pay $135K by Monday -- or else

Two Christian bakers who refused to bake a cake for a lesbian wedding have been ordered to pay $135,000 in damages by July 13 or else the state of Oregon could place a lien on their home.

BOLI told Fox News they can ask for a stay of enforcement pending an appeal, but there's a catch. The person who will determine whether or not to stay the order is BOLI Commissioner Brad Avakian, a vocal supporter of the LGBT movement. They're boxed in by a legalized conflict of interest that can only be circumvented if they can get a court order, which is likely going to be difficult to do in four days.
 
Well this folks should never pay this illegal fine.. and we should hide them out like the underground railroad did for Black's. Until this nonsense is straitened out.
