Lol ... just about where we want to be for now as far as tweaking up the carport and backyard for a lil' hiatus is concerned. Few more things to go ... but this heat stall's kinda put in slow-mo. I'm fine while I'm in the mess ... but make me stop for a spell ? ... it's getting restarted that's the problem ... lol :cool: Must be an age thing :confused:

which is a relief, because a bad pie is my specialty :cool:

every autumn, the kids and in-laws and company come here for what they call 'pie-fest'.
i throw something plentiful in the slow cooker and they bake half a dozen pies and totally trash the kitchen. :rolleyes:

clean it up? yeah.... eventually. :)

the heat's so draining. Mark just works in it all day, silly control freak.
just because the business is his, he thinks he has to supervise and make sure things are 'perfect'.

"Lost your crust mojo" ... roflmho But it's true ... lousy crust ... lousy pie .. lol Messy kitchen sounds like our place more often than not. The girls are allergic to cleaning up after themselves. Just as well. They're not very good at it anyways. Have your girls ever burned water ? Mine are good at that :cool:

when i say i'm not a good teacher, i mean it.

i put a pan of water on to boil a few years ago, went outside to hang some laundry, started playing with the dog, and returned to find a hot empty pan. :rolleyes:

microwave kraft dinner would be an appropriate sentence? :cool:
(and i'd like it! lol)

Good morning all, it's a wonderful day to wake up and start a new day with happy thoughts this morning.

Cant wait till worship time to maybe see my dad! Been thinking a lot about him lately... So I'm sure he's got something to tell me this morning. Gonna come home after church and just reeeellllaxxxxx... Cause this chick has done WAY too much this week. Today is my only day to relax and I will enjoy it!
