It is written, that if a man divorce his partner, and take a new he commit adultery. And if he divorce other reason, except for fornication, he causes, his partner to do adultery.

And he who take the one who is been left, makes adultery.

Man should not divorce in his wife, and wife should not divorce in her man.

It is written, that if a man divorce his partner, and take a new he commit adultery. And if he divorce other reason, except for fornication, he causes, his partner to do adultery.

Man should not divorce in his wife, and wife should not divorce in her man.

Has this been your experience?

I wonder why Moses gave people a path to divorce? For both of them to remain single for the rest of their days?

10. But unto the married I give charge, yea not I, but the Lord, That the wife depart not from her husband 11.
(but should she depart, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband); and that the husband leave not his wife. (1 Corinthians 7:10-11)
So it is a charge of the Lord Yeshua, that married ones should not separate

Moses give the permission to divorce because of they hardness of they heart.

But someones choose the life without spouse, for the Kingdom of heaven, like I have do.

Like it is written.

12. For there are eunuchs, that were so born from their mother's womb: and there are eunuchs, that were made eunuchs by men: and there are eunuchs, that made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it. (Matthew 19:12)

I find this verse helpful:

But I say to you that every one who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery. Matt 5:32 RSV.

Well interesting because JESUS answered your "wondering" in Matthew 19:7-9 They said to Him, "Why then did Moses command to GIVE HER A CERTIFICATE OF DIVORCE AND SEND her AWAY?" 8He said to them, "Because of your hardness of heart Moses permitted you to divorce your wives; but from the beginning it has not been this way. 9"And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery."…

Right there from the MOUTH OF GOD! Mosses made divorce provison because of hardness of heart (which is unbelief/disobedience)... but that is NOT what God intended or created marriage for (serial adultery).

Pretty tough teaching isn't it? .... if you read a little further... everybody marveled that the instruction was a pretty tough pill to swallow. Human beings have been disregarding this TRUTH for centuries... despite the warnings that adulterers DO NOT inherit salvation. I cannot comprehend people who think they rest is the safety of Jesus, but chant the law of moses' to direct their conduct.

May GOD give every one Godly sorrow that leads to repentance... he desires none should perish... I pray the blind eyes be opened.

I was thinking of asking about this a few days ago when Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's divorce hit the news. Is divorce and remarriage a bigger plague than homosexuality, one that we come face to face with every day in our own families and churches?

** What are Christians to do who have divorced from their first spouse, re-married and started new families?

** Are they guilty of adultery -- from which the only repentance would be to separate and remain single, or reconcile their first marriage?

** Is there room for grace, or is a believer living in deliberate daily sin by being married to someone other than their original spouse?

It's a question that needs asked, because it's not addressed as much as other prominent sins that have made headlines. Jesus was pretty clear that aside from the exception clause of unfaithfulness, one can't simply walk away, divorce on a whim and marry another. It is also clear that many believers claim grace and forgiveness of past mistakes and bad decisions. We know that none are perfect and all are subject to sin as long as we are in these earthly bodies. Yet in Christ, we are not condemned, even if the flesh and its desires remain imperfect.

I like this one resurrection33 because it clarifies WHO is burdened with the responsibility of the sin. It is a good passage for supporting the patriarchal structure of God's order and authority.

Every questioned adulterous marriage would need to be examined against the scripture, which is not quite as "simple" as you have laid out, men and women are not EQUAL in burden or station according to God's order. I do agree... the blatant disregard for marriage sanctity and rules ordained by God is probably the number one reason the US church body is not very effective and loosing ground.
