This is correct..with my former Muslim friend, he saw a dream and told his English teacher in an English speaking country about it..she realized that the person in the dream was Jesus and sent him to a pastor for help. The pastor had been a missionary in Indonesia for over a decade so he knew a lot about Islam. They talked over the course of five days and he came to faith in Jesus Christ.
The face in the dream was blurry so he didn't see it. He thought it was Satan rather than Jesus Christ initially. Anyways his testimony is fantastic. I am not charismatic at all but I believe it. The fruits of his life prove it. He's endured much suffering...he was imprisoned 3 months once for witnessing to a Muslim...lost 8 teeth in the process.

Of course I well know these difference! But according to everything I have read about witnessing to Muslims, we need to start with Isa! Because they believe Isa was sinless and is coming again as the Messiah, we can start there, and move to what the Bible actually says, and even how the Qur'an is wrong about things like the Trinity, which it is written in the Qur'an that Christians believe it is God, Mary and Jesus. So one glaring error leads to many more, and showing how Isa is truly God, and died on the cross.
One of the big objections Muslims have is that God would never have made himself a man. Yet, if we carefully show them what the Bible says about Isa (Jesus) they will likely say the Bible is corrupted.
So there are two ways to witness. One is to show them the truth in the Bible which they believe is corrupted. The other is to show them the truth of Jesus in the Qur'an and the errors in the Qur'an.
Both ways work! Because in the end, it is the Spirit of God that convicts, and changes hearts and souls.
I took World Religions from a missionary to Indonesia, who ministered to Muslims and head hunters. He said the head hunters were easy to reach with the gospel. But the Muslims needed friendship, and a witness. Then they would come to him, and ask him about dreams they had about Jesus. That would open the door to actually explain the gospel. Because many got saved. And that professor, by the grace of God on leave from missions the year he was teaching and I took his course, is back in Indonesia making friends and preaching the gospel.
I have read in many places, and in books that many Muslims have dreams about Jesus, and if someone is around to explain them they get saved. Except one case I heard of, where just the dreams saved a man. He waited for years for a missionary to come, and to give him a Bible.
Our real job is to make friends, and pray for these Muslims. As the videos clearly show, God is sovereign and he can save anyone he wants.
My prayer is that Bahous will see the love we have for him and individual raised under a false religion, and he can connect the dots and realize God is calling him to faith in Jesus Christ.
