I can't really agree with this. By the time Abraham came along there were people on all continents. We have no account for what was going on in Australia or the Americas at that time, and very little account of all other places. I've already mentioned the ancient people from what is now China knew of the great Jao/Jehovah. The Greeks (before they were Greeks) knew of the great Jove/Jehovah. To say Abraham was the only one stretches it too far. He was the one God chose, but that doesn't make him the only one.
That God made himself known in the Far East and above the Mediterranean suggest his word is right in saying we have no excuse. To suggest Abraham was the only one is to give excuse to anyone who never learned about this history. So this really matters.
