I understand your situation/circumstances.... please DO write out your story with every lurid detail you need to...BUT DON"T POST IT HERE!!!! Print it out and then just give us the "overview"... allow the HS to enable us to help YOU address the pain, offense and forgiveness issues.
I am praying now... it will be a very short time for you to be able to destroy your "story" paper and move forward in healing and grace.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE ARE VERY YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE MEMBERS HERE, SOME AS YOUNG AS 13 YRS OF AGE.
So in that regard, do NOT post anything that would be inappropriate to minors.
We do NOT need all the "lurid details" of your wife's affair. She cheated, you're outraged and hurt. Give us basic details and go from there. And as others have stated, watch your language because there are alot of children on this site..

I agree with Blue but I also agree with Kayla. It's not our business to know every detail... Having said that, a lot of family problems come from intimacy and the bedroom... I mean, there's a teen room for a reason. Just saying. It's good to not blurt out in the op "Hey my wife did this and this." But, we are adults, so lets not try sugarcoating anything on a serious topic for adults. Just my opinion.

How about some insight into what God wants you to do about it now? You don't really need to tell us anything. We know what an affair is. Not good. Very painful and a lot of rage that goes with that. But the big question still looms. What does God want you to do?
Can you get away for a week or two? If not away from work, how about just away from her? (You're free to get her to leave for a while too. It doesn't have to be you that leaves your home, but I don't know the circumstances to know if you'd rather go or have her go.) Then take the time to study the Bible. God's answer for you is in there. I don't know which way he will take you, but if you search and pray, he will answer.
First, download E_Sword, (both free and safe.) It now comes with all the reference books you'll need.
So after downloading, you'll want to do word studies and then topic studies on the following words:
-- Marriage
-- Husband
-- Wife
-- Divorce
-- Love
-- Forgiveness.
Take notes, so it really sticks with you.
Yeah, I know. You're probably wondering why some of those words are included, since she cheated on you. But God has a lot to say on these topics, so you need to learn what he's telling you to do about it.
As for the anger, rage, and hurt. Yes, you have them. You'll have them for a long time. They've already wounded you. Wounds this big don't heal completely. They do get infected quickly, if you don't treat the wound. So, what I'm suggesting is you take the time you need to treat your wounds by asking God how, because this is no mere knife wound. It's as bad, but longer lasting. It's also treatable through God, not through us.
We can pray with you for guidance, but we can't tell you what God wants you to do. He'll tell you that, if you truly seek him, even in this mess.

Yes that is acceptable.You can be fairly straight forward just no cuss words or nasty talk and you should be good.If you're too over the line we'll flag you and let you know.

Amen!!! I agree, Zoii. The young people should have a safe, comfortable place to share and fellowship with one another without us older folks intruding.
