You're only 20 years old and you feel that way. You give me hope, my Sister, because that's the essence of a very strong woman of faith in whom God has great plans. 
The way I see it, only God truly knows our hearts. Only God can say who is a Christian and who isn't. Yes, the bible does say we will know them by the fruits they bear but that doesn't mean we can say "Hey, I don't like what you said or how you believe so therefore you must not be a Christian and I have the right to say that because I'm a real Christian and the bible says I can judge you." I've heard so many people say this at my church, other churches, online and many other places. It really breaks my heart.
