At this point... I am not sure what your point is... to idolize Kim Davis, glorify the constitution or honor devil worshippers for sharing your personal opinion...
Very simple...everybody has the right to stand against this perversion of our society...all citizens ...not just Christians...not just Christians that have never been divorced... all citizens should stand up as this lady has and reject this unlawful and wickedness being approved and promoted. Not sure why that is so hard to understand?

I cant really tell you that I believe that someone who objects to someone who stands for Gods word is a follower of God, tbh with you :/

Thats not a comment on JSR btw, I do not know anything about this member, only that he continues to make Mitspa look like a bad guy.
Well, myself, I do not object to Kim Davis standing on her beliefs... I do not think cherry picking PART of God's word is okay... I think she has mis-used her job as a platform to force her value on others, and because she is an elected official, I do not believe she has the same "freedom" a private citizen or business owner does. We will see how it plays out... but I am pretty confident jsr12 thinks along similar lines... yet he is being called "unchristian" for having a different perspective. You can decide for yourself which is more offensive to God.... thinking Kim Davis should have opted for an alternate solution for her faith conflict... or railing against other members who have a differing perspective about the "good" Kim Davis is acctually doing?

You can't mix religion with government. This always results and tyranny. History has proven this. I am a Bible believing Christian but I hate religion. Religion calls 19 min to fly planes into buildings on 9/11. Religion caused the Roman Catholic Church to kill and torture millions of people. Religion caused a tall fiddler to slaughter Jews by the millions.

If you'd go back all the way to the beginning (not that I expect you to) you'd see I was being accused of promoting gay marriage, constantly, even though I said from the beginning (and constantly) that I was against it.. You say I continued to make Mitspa the bad guy by pointing out something he said.. That sounds a lot like the same in Mitspa making me out as some bad guy by constantly twisting my words into thinking I approve gay marriage, when in no way I don't. It'd help you (and anyone) to fully read everything, and not just part or one side. Like they say. There is always two sides to an argument.

That's just silly ...of course all Christians citizens have as much right as any citizen to shape our society ...we have from the beginning and the constitution protects our right to shape our society according to our Christian values... Where people get this sort of left wing nonsense amazes me?

I am glad, and you know that. And you also know that I wish she would have stood up and questioned the pervision in our society of people cheating and divorcing not due to cheating or abuse.

Please show me where you find these things on Christ's teachings.

Okay so I'm going to run for president and I will pass all of my legislation based on the Bible. It will now be illegal to use profanity, to gamble, to lie, it will even be a legal to have impure thoughts.
Actually, most municipalities have laws on the books regulating profanity. See what happens if you fling a finger and curse a cop! A guy did that recently from his porch as the police cruised by. he's in jail, doing the same to the judge. That's all they had on him. Vulgar suggestions to a woman in a store parking lot were witnessed, the man in jail for sexual harassment., that being enough to break his probation.

The Bible doesn't forbid gambling as far as I know.

Lying is already illegal in many situations, especially to the FBI or to a court.

A law against immoral thoughts would be unenforceable, there being no witnesses or evidence of a bad deed. That one is already covered in the commandments of Christ, an issue between such a thinker and the Lord.

Would you say it is religious freedom if it were a Muslim clerk supporting sharia law? Like refusing women drivers licences?

[h=1]Report: Kim Davis Pens Letter from Jail – Compares Her Plight to Rosa Parks[/h]Jim Hoft Sep 6th, 2015 12:46 am 11 Comments
Rowan County Kentucky Court Clerk Kim Davis was sent to jail on Thursday for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples in Rowan County.
Davis is a devout Christian and refused to sign gay marriage licenses in her county so a district judge ordered her to jail.

n Saturday Kim Davis reportedly wrote a letter from jail. Davis says she is in jail “because there is a war on Christians.”
Kim says she understands what Rosa Parks felt.
The letter was reportedly posted on her Twitter feed by her husband Joe.
“I have no doubt your opinion of mey has been swayed by the liberal media gotchas. I am here because ther(sp) is a war on Christians in America. This country was founded on the belifes(sp) of Christianity!! This is a fact.
I sit here with my Bible close to my heart, comuning(sp) with the Lord. I have a lot of time to think. I think of what Rose(sp) Parks must have felt. She had it easy let me tell you. The whole World is watching me. Under this microscope. I am now not only and example for my family, but for the millions of Christians in American facing persecution and the loss of their fundamental right ofreligious freedom. I know now that I have been chosen for the highest purpose.
Her husband posted the letter on Twitter.

Pretty sure Christians aren't the only people who have rights.
