Sorry Galahad, I don't remember most of those things. Especially the last two... I could almost think you were making those up.

Remember playing kick the can and ghost in the graveyard till dark with the neighborhood kids

remember playing miss Mary Mack a hand clapping game with girlfriends

remember waiting for schoolhouse rock cartoons between commercials of sat am cartoons

remember playing in the alleys of chicago because our parents didn't worry about kidnappers (okay maybe this was just me)

remember er covering your textbooks with paper garbage bags because that was cool

remember shopping for your new lunch box for the school year and taking forever picking the choice...strawberry shortcake was mine

remember getting your first sleeping bag because you were old enough to start going to a sleepover and picking it out? Again strawberry shortcake

I remember being perplexed by my sister's strawberry shortcake stuff. What kind of name was that? Where were the guns? No swords? No fights? Lame!

Remember when there was no internet and if you wanted to socialize you had to join a club, participate in an event or invite some friends over to watch a program or play a video game?

The appeal of the mall was real, man.

Not in the area I lived in the US at that time. There was no mall. I can't say there was no internet even then though - going back 26 years...but one had to be a super nerd to know how to access it.

Remember when an iPad looked like this? :p

Oh, etcha sketch? YES. Those were the best. Can you still buy them? I even know the name of the company that made them OHIO ART. I didn't look it up. Those were my favorite. I used to move the dials so that it would move the stuff inside. Okay. So I would move it like back and forth in one local area. Then I could see the arms inside moving the needle or point that was moving the stuff on the screen. Plus, I could draw. Not like what I drew. Start over. Oh those were one of my favorite. They were a mystery.
I'm going to go buy one.

Remember when MySpace was a thing?
Remember when math had no letters?
Remember when there were no remote controls and you had to get up to change the channel yourself?
Remember when Val Kilmer still looked like Val Kilmer?
Remember when this thread didn't exist? Good times lol

If I remember correctly, Good Times was a sitcom years ago. Those were the days.

I used to love them too, but I couldn't draw anything good at all haha. They were always really fun to play with though. I know you can still buy them and they're still made by Ohio Art if I'm not mistaken.
