yes, and Christmas sweaters were mentioned in the first post regarding the subject. But the office party sweaters may be ugly Chanukah sweaters as well as Christmas ones, or what have you.

Does creativity count?

What about a totally awesome 4th of July Sweater as an alternative?

I never thought I'd see the day where true love is facing a showdown between a speed demon, cheesecake, and homemade sweaters.

I have too many CC crushes. Of those that are within a decade of my age, there is:

1. A woman who will go on roller coasters with me

2. A woman who can bake me cheesecakes

3. A woman who can knit me an ugly Christmas sweater, made from alpacas that were shorn on our first date

So many wonderful choices...

Cat, may I humbly suggest that if you're going to start yourself a CC Harem (and it looks like you already have,) you must be able to market yourself to the ladies in a way that will make them think it's all about them instead of all about you. :p Note your original wording: "A woman who can... with me... for me... make me, bake me... me, me, me."

What you want to do is say something like this:

"1. A woman I can generously keep from being alone at theme parks while offering her the privilege of gazing at my (Catherder's) perfect hair.

2. A woman whom I can generously offer my personal tasting/culinary feedback skills to, and may I emphasize that I specialize in cheesecake.

3. A woman for whom I can generously model her stunning creations. After all, I, Catherder, can make even the most obnoxious Christmas sweater look completely fabulous.

Ladies, hurry up and discover all the things I can do for you today!"

There now, isn't that much better? Surely it lets all the ladies know you are interested in doing things for them, and not the other way around!!! :p:rolleyes::cool::D

What's that???? I just heard the Catherder Crush'O'Meter go up 10 points!!! :p

My parents will be out of the country for this Christmas. First time in (my) 32 yrs they won't be with their kids. Hmph! Lol

Tintin is rather awesome. He's absolutely a good man, and in a day or two he'll realize it.

(Tintin, don't you love us/me talking about you like you aren't here? Mean it though, you are a good man.)

What would you like for Christmas?

For my family and I to be together and for us to have a great time. We usually make tamales and gingerbread houses, we sing, read the Christmas story and make Jesus a birthday cake. Since my aunts and cousins live in Dallas, we go to this thing called "Santa's Village" and it's really cool. It's all decorated in Christmas lights, there are performances and Santa is there with his friends like the snowman. We go for the cousins.

But yeah, we gain about 10 pounds in December, but I have wonderful memories of Christmas, it really is the most wonderful time of the year for me. And I'm not at all materialistic, it's not about that. It's about the family...and the food hehe. :P
I wrote a Christmas poem that I think is pretty cool but I don't want to post it publicly because I'm afraid someone will steal it? I don't know if that's possible. But if you want to read it send me a PM and I'll send it to you all.

OMG I thought I was in the 'streams of consciousness' thread! Sorry I ended up going off topic so much!
