LOL! no worries...I'm not this brilliant at my faith every day you know!
had a long drive yesterday into the city for something and on the way back I was able to reflect on some truths and God has a way of holding up a mirror and saying 'lookkee here'...and it doesn't hurt but instead you thank Him for His mercy and understanding
I am a person who struggles with understanding...in that I have to have cerebral satisfaction rather than good feelings in order to feel good...if that makes sense?
and with our limited brain functionning down here, that can be a challenge, but I can beat myself up until God says 'stay that hand'...so more and more I appreciate the difference between what God has done for me and how little and sad what I can do for Him actually is...and yet...He accepts my little and sad and turns it into something treasured...like a Father accepting the childish drawing just given by him by his 5 year old, done at school....and tacks it on the fridge with a fancy magnet
well thank you kind sir! as Paul says nothing good dwells in our flesh....good thing we can shower!

ember,
'your [post was we think, even more Biblical than you may realize
- you under-estimated yourself....
in the older Hebrew Language, when the statement was made, 'you shall love the Lord your God
with all of your heart, soul and mind, 'heart wasn't understood as it is today', it was the total
intellectual capacity of the mind. if someone was head-over-heels in love with someone back then,
they wouldn't say, I love you with all of my heart, they would say, I love you with all of my kidneys!lol
1TIM.1:7.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
so, our Father gives us a sound mind, coupled with the Holy Spirit, and through this we can prove all things
and obtain a good understanding - and the things that we are yet to comprehend or understand, He will
give us the gift of Revelation at some point in our journey....we are so thankful that there is so much to
learn, live, share, Love, and look forward to........ROMANS 8:24.
