What if higher powers controlled our leaders to nuke Japan? What if higher powers set up the Waco murders? What if they gave us some hard cases, then controlled some leaders to make some evil laws? Why did the writers of the constitution think they could decide the rights of other people? What if the whole system, is a test? The hardest of test with a very high rate of failure. One we a born into and brainwashed before we can think in schools. Teenagers tricked into voting before they can think much. TV controlled, and a country pride boosted off the charts, thinking we're suppose to be in it? Parents telling us the government is a little bad, but it's the best we can do. All of it set up into a impossible test to pass. Maybe seeing our reactions after we fail it. Will we choose pride, and keep going? Or change for our kids, and stop the brainwashing.

What if Christians aren't suppose to be into government? Did Jesus show interest in government? Would Jesus ask police to take prostitutes from his streets? Would he ask for police to get and arrest people for drugs? Didn't Jesus make wine? Would Jesus ask for good people to hand over their guns? Would Jesus tell gun businesses how to sell their guns?

Aren't Christians little Christ? Shouldn't we do as he would do? It says turn the cheek to a evil person, but we're not. We're going and voting against others rights. Thinking it's ok. We're voting into a system that forces our children into schools to be brainwashed. Not seeing right from wrong. Thinking the majority makes it ok to steal from other people. Isn't that just a bigger gang? We're voting into a system that forces army to follow orders. Murder orders if they want to.

If a virus wipes out the world, and ten people are left. Nine of them men. Can those nine, vote and force the one woman to reproduce with them if she doesn't want to? Or is that rape? The majority doesn't make it ok to vote against other good people. We're twisted. Confused and brainwashed. Could it be a test from higher powers?

Is the goal of the test to swallow our pride, and free our children. Raise them to see right from wrong? To end the deception?

Stop voting and supporting the system. If you want to be heard... Protest, hold up signs. Call police murderers. Stop raising more children to join right in and support it. Voting makes us responsible. If I ask a rapist to go rape, am I guilty? Submit to the government, not follow. Never follow or support a evil government. As we are doing.

So...I should stop voting so I don't have even a chance to change things?

Foger I am sure you do not understand the idea behind the word brainwashed.

It is used to describe the accepting of an idea before you go through the arguments for and against an approach or belief. It just simply gets accepted.

Now only an idiot would say education is a bad thing. Only an idiot would say teaching people to be critical, questioning and inquisitive is bad for a society. It is literally the reason why we have the freedoms and technology that makes 7 billion humans on this earth possible.

You want to question the bombing of hiroshima?
The US lost more soldiers at the end of the war fighting insane Japs who refused to surrender than in the rest of the war. It was obvious the Japanese would never give up their country without greater losses for their enemies than they would suffer. This was insane because they had lost. Now 80,000 lives was horrendous but compared to 1,000,000 a small price to bring about the end of an insane facist hero worshipping culture.

Now maybe you cannot do the maths, but this is 1/10 the loss of life, and the final blow that says this war started by Japan had to stop. What you should ask is why did not the Japanese stop after one bomb had been dropped? What did they gain? They were 100% correct in their actions. The whole japanese society had become committed to heroic suicide, in the firm belief they were superior to any other society in the world. Some aspects of this are still active today.

So I am not sure you have actually contributed anything of sense or even understand how a democracy works.

In a democracy, you vote into power the best compromise the whole society can come up with.
It is pragmatic, and a compromise, so a mixed bag of ideas and approaches.

But if you look at history nothing is black and white, and often it takes time to work out which approach works best.
But more importantly you need government, and someone trying to do the job every day.

Democracy means the extremes are avoided, and the power limited, but it does not guarantee failure free administration. To date it is the best system we have created and has brought wealth and peace to the world like no other civilisation in history.

the US perspective on russia is Stalinist Russia. stalin was a scumbag and a murderer but he does not define russia.
Iraq Kuwait issue - few know that Kuwait was originally taken from Iraq by the British.
when the US dropped the bombs on japan more than a million Japanese were killed. most were innocent civilians. women and little kids.
many of the latin american countries that suffer great poverty and hardship such as Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and others are a direct result of US involvement. usually acting on the best interest of US business interest.

Using the A-bomb against Emperial Japan saved lives and shortened the war. We should never apologize for it, but they sure apologize to us for the unprovoked Pearl Harbor attack. I don't feel bad about bombing Japan, what I feel bad about is how the unmerciless Japanese wrought blood letting, rape, torture and things unimaginable to China, Vietnam, Philipines, and other, that is what I am regretful for.
