As usual I will start...

1.) Do not assume I know what you mean. That perplexed look is there for a reason
2.) Do not assume they are overweight because they eat. Many medical reasons individuals are overweight.
3.) Do not assume because I am a woman I can't do something.
4.) Do not assume because he is a man he can do something.
5.) Do not assume because they say they are a Christian that they are a practicing GOD fearing Christian.
6.) Do not assume ones looks makes them an intellectual or not in intellectual will not get you far in life.
7.) Do not assume everyone has an agenda. It is a sad way to live.
8.) Do not assume you are perfect. It will back fire quickly.
9.) Do not assume you're always right. But fight for it when you know you are.
10.) Do not assume someone doesn't have feelings, no matter how they portray themselves. They do!

What are yours?

Do not assume that someone is a Christian just because they claim to be.

Do not assume that all Christians are judgmental, mean spirited and self righteous.

Do not assume that if someone is kind they are weak.

Do not assume that if someone is nice it means they have an angle and are trying to plot on you.

Do not assume that every woman who seems crazy really is nuts. She may be a sweet girl who just finally got tired of all the crap!

Do not assume I fit into this little box you created for me because you will be surprised when I break out of it.

Do not assume that because I am compassionate and a peacemaker by nature that I won't bite back to defend someone being oppressed

Well, I can only think of one presently... I don't like it when ladies assume that I am interested in them romantically just because I smile and say hello, introduce myself, treat them with kindness, hold doors, listen attentively, offer a compliment, or joke with them. Is being a gentleman (or, in my case, aspiring to be one) so rare?

Hahaha....take it as you're a catch and every woman desires a gentleman.

This one has bothered me, my entire life. People assume because I am kind, care about others, sweet, and never got into a huge amount of trouble that I am innocent and could never do anything wrong which I most definitely have.

This goes along the same lines as the first, but guys assume that I am too good for them and they cut things off before they even get a chance to get anywhere, but on the other hand I have been told I would never be good enough and that hurts equally in both assumptions.

1. Don't assume that people who aren't bookworms aren't intelligent.
2. Don't assume that just because someone types in ''text speak", that they also aren't intelligent lol
3. Don't assume that those who don't bring religion into everything, because they can relax and have fun, aren't devoted to following God.
4. Don't assume that those who are depressed can't smile, laugh, and enjoy themselves too.
5. Don't assume that all M&Ms taste the same when clearly yellow is the best. :p

....or when someone assumes that someone who bakes can cook too?

I've seen people make a killer Acribadem Kurabiyesi, a traditional Turkish Biscuit....and yet, ......will burn Mac & Cheese.

This is true. I'm decent at baking, but don't ask me to cook anything without very, very specific instructions and a how-to video. And no, I have never made Mac & Cheese successfully lol.

Very true. I've seen people that can cook and bake extremely well, but burn toast.

Btw, the biscuit thing sounds interesting

My whole view of the world is now in chaos.
See accounting is more dealing with numbers rather than the math to get them and they must be detail oriented. My adviser told me as long as I have my calculator with me all will be fine and he even said I would be an excellent auditor go figure. Lol
