I'm pretty sure seoulsearch (and all the other women here) would rather be called "sis".. :)
Not me… but it's force of habit. I call the general population "dude", too.

The point I'm trying to make for you is, not everyone here likes to be called bro. Or dude. Some view it as disrespectful or insulting and I've even had some ask me not to call them dude. On here I call people by either their user name, or their real name.. :)

This is a generational thing. My teenage daughters are always calling each other and their female friends "bro" or "broski". The English language... always mutating.

Crosstweed, no worries. I understand it's the way some people talk nowadays :). I do appreciate others defending proper pronouns (that's what I was raised with too) :) but... #IAnswer2AlmostAnything. :D
