Welp guys, I am in love......truly madly deeply. With my bike. Why did I not start riding sooner? It is soooo much fun. Like I wish I had more errands to run, or even an excuse to run more errands.
Bikes are fun! I biked yesterday for about 10miles. It was a big accomplishment lol, and I ended up oversleeping and almost late for work the next day lel.

Wish I could afford a Taylor. They sound so beautiful.
I wish I had a steinway & sons lol, but imma settle with Korg for now. A Nord Stage 2 would be pretty though.

speaking of work, i have a question for errbody. whenever you go see the doctor for the 1st time, it's understood you're gonna fill out forms, right? yes?

just had an elderly lady come in for her first appointment. i give her a clipboard with the forms she needs to fill out, and she said, "i didn't know i was going to fill out so many forms." (it's only 2 pages -_-)

Man... Maybe Christianity isn't for me. I like the general idea of it. That there is a God and that He/She/or it does love me.

You know, I tried going secular. Tried ignoring Christianity. But, I always ran into people who believed. Or who had some sort of belief in it. I did the best I could to not think about God, or Jesus, or the Bible in general.

But my thoughts alway brought me back to that stuid book. To those stupid songs. And the stupid people who told me God is good. Or God is real. Or Jesus is the Son of God.

It brought me back to caring for something.

I may not be a typical christian, or a walking talking Bible, or have a Pastor's Suit, or be a martyr, but I do know that the Bible calls for something good out of us.

It's just some of us have to work harder, or walk longer, or even suffer for it. And that's a difficult pill to swallow.

"Teacher," said John, "we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us."

You may feel closer to God on your walk, but there are certain things on mine that I clearly understand.

The Bible is much more than a book that enourages good behavior and instills moral values. There is a lot of real, tangible power and experience to be gained from it. Direct experience with God and the gift of the Holy Spirit are very real things.

And its not just you brother, we all suffer for it. But its worth it. Anyone who truly desires to live a Godly life will deal with trials and tribulations. You may think its worse for you as an individual but trust me, no matter how bad you think you have it someone has it worse.

Thanks man. I... I got proud. Wow..
Yw, here is some scripture that might help you. I got three different areas I think a appropriate here and maybe a little more to share at the end.

This is 1 peter 4:12-19 I think, i copy psted originally but it messed up the post

13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

And if you are the type of person who needs proof (and I was that way). You can pray for it, but becareful what you ask for. You just might get it.

Jeremiah 29:13

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

I have never been called to preach but God has laid it on me to emphasize that one verse. Because it is true, and very important. I can testify it is true and so can many others on here. But once again, be careful what you ask for. This is why.

Luke 12:48

48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

I saw "Windows" and my first thought was "computer problem follows."

Yes I am a registered, card-carrying nerd. Why?
*Raises eyebrow*

Are you sure that card is authentic?

After all, a real uber-nerd would have found a way to make The Ultimate Fake Nerd Card... (Or maybe it would actually be the Geeks. I'm getting confused. Probably because I hold dual citizenship in both of those realms...)
