And yes, I hate baking...but it's the holiday season, so I like baking temporarily. Olerica helped me with some tips while I was experimenting with my persimmon bars. In fact, I'm about to make another batch tonight, experimenting a bit further.

I anticipated this. While I wasn't counting on you actually BAKING, I figured we can strike up an "agreement"--you give me a batch of those baked goods, and I'll... think about adding you to the Beard Award List. It'll be just like an Olympic judging panel.
Ah... Good old-fashioned blackmail, er... Bargaining... yes... Sounds much more legal that way.
After all, NO awards show or competition is complete without it.
