No it more about inward stuff for me... im not particularly into materialistic type folks. I like people who don't wear mask and takes that sincerity into their faith. I like beauty like the next guy, but it has to be real inside as well.
I like the idea that a girl would know that God is God...we don't change Him, He changes us. That's important to me and represents a traditional mindset to me.

In church there are much more girls than guys... so it is a lot easier for you guys to find a good christian girl who's into you... I told them that all they needed to do was open their eyes... to us girls it gets a lot more complicated...

You know its funny ..im not really into "church" girls? Because a lot of the girls here who have been "churched" their whole lives, have a strong desire to make "appearances" ...its like they seem to draw so much from the opinion of others in their social groups that its a bit annoying. To me real faith don't really consider anything but what God would want for a person... Im complicated

Last "church" girl I dated ...her whole world revolved around "moma and them" She came from a very large and powerful church in our community. The idea that God would lead our lives without first going through that church and her mom, was just a foreign thought to her. I mean where we would live and the jobs we would take was all mixed up in her mind with what the people at that church would think. I bet I told her a thousand times "moma and them" wont be there when we answer to God for our lives.
I know that this thread was about Mitspa's preference for a traditional girl. But, I prefer a traditional girl too so I thought I should share the three important reasons why I do so -
1. Traditional girls know that they have to obey their husbands in everything. The Bible clearly tells us that husbands are the head of the wives, just as Christ is the head of the Church. What St. Paul was trying to say is that by accepting her husband to be her head, a woman is denouncing her capability to think and to make decisions for herself. Here is an article written by prominent writer Dunce Gabbana titled "Why women should not think". I think she has explained her views beautifully in her article, and rewording it would only make it ineffective.
2. Traditional girls know their role in the family. The Bible never mentions about women who were the sole bread-winners for their household. Women's role, according to the Bible, is limited to certain aspects. Again, I will point out another series of articles written by Tommy Elgifer, titled "Role of a wife in a Christian family".
3. Lastly, traditional girls embody the virtues that are so beautiful written in Proverbs 31. I have covered this extensively in my blog, here - "The quintessential Christian girl".
So, there you have it. This is just my opinion, but I am willing to explain and debate this with any of my brethren here.

I agree a woman should not show cleavage because it is not modest. I do think that a pm would have been the best option instead of calling her out in public.

Couldn't help but laugh at this. How traditional could you want while taking your carefully aimed selfie making sure to get a hefty dose of cleavage? Doesn't strike me as something a traditional man might go for.
