Many times the ones on the outside can help the most, because they have more objective views. When i try to help people through things that's one of the points i make as to why i can see things better. I'm not mixed up in the emotion. But this time i'm the one mixed up in the emotion and struggling to see clearly, so the outsider is what i need. Thanks again.
You claim that there will come a day
When I look back on this time and say
This was all part of His plan
Some day I'll understand

But for now the pain is much too real
And this hurt inside is all I feel

Help me between here and someday

HA! Good one!

Reminds me of what I say at work. I'm always watching the screen and keeping an eye on supplies, and usually I have stuff cooking before they call for it.

"Grill Jedi, I am. Know what you need before you do, I will."

When I was a kid, my favourites were Return of the Jedi, A New Hope and then The Empire Strikes Back. As I've got older, the order looked more like this: Return of the Jedi, The Empire Strikes Back and then A New Hope. This time I'm going through them for the first time in about five years. A New Hope didn't hold up especially well (in places it's very rough and raw and very, very simple), but The Empire Strikes Back still doesn't fail to impress - it's great. I'm hoping I still enjoy Return of the Jedi. I don't see why I wouldn't. I've never had a problem with Yub Nubs.

Even though I love Star Wars, and I'm really excited for this new movie, I could never get into the original trilogy :X I know.. terrible. I prefer the Old Republic era compared to anything in the movies.

I blame those Special Editions. They're the wrong kind of 'special'. Not too noticeable in the middle movie, but the first one has been plundered with unnecessary CGI and additional scenes.

It's good to see that I'm not the only one excited to watch Star Trek this weekend. :eek:

Going to see Star Wars this weekend! :D

....that is all.
I keep punching in these key "Star Wars" words into my computer, but for some reason, instead of Darth Vader I keep getting pictures of William Shatner....why is that? Hmmmm.

Key Star War words:
* Transporter
* Tri-corder
* Mind-Meld
* Phaser {set to stun}
* Stardate:
* Warp speed, this one tried then faded.
* Prime directive
* Cloaking device
* Holodeck
* Tribbles.

It must be my computer! I'll get a new one! :rolleyes::cool::p.

Oh great... why don't we just hang Star Wars posters everywhere, set up miniature dolls of Yoda, Darth Vader and all the others and belt out movie one-liners? Hmm? Maybe that will keep you all happy...

... and make me feel out of place. :rolleyes:

If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Note to all - I am having some friendly banter, being the proverbial "killjoy" before the new Star Wars movie is released. I enjoy some good humour, so I would appreciate if you guys take it that way. :D
