I will tell you and your chum the truth, then I will put you on ignore as well

Paul the Pharisee knew the ten commandments. He was in earnest to obey them. Though he didn't know the true gospel, you can be sure he wanted to obey the pinnacle of the law.

The question is.

Could Paul the pharisee break the tenth commandment without knowing he was breaking it?

That is impossible if you understand what that commandment entails. Now as a Pharisee he wouldn't admit to anyone else ge broke it, but as a christian looking back on his life as a Pharisee he would

When Paul knew he broke the tenth commandment, what did Thi result in?
He knew he had committed sin
For sin is transgression of the law1john 3:4

You believe Paul could as a Pharisee break the tenth commandment and not know he had done so.
That my friend is ludicrous.

The only thing more ludicrous is you actually believing as a Pharisee Paul obeyed the law to the nth
But as a christian all manner of concupiscence was aroused, manifested, grew, magnified in Paul once he lived under grace not law

So to you Paul the Pharisee sinned less than Paul the christian

Of course you will now try and get out of the ridiculous position you have placed yourself in

Good luck!

Paul committed murder, and did not know he was breaking the command, you shall not murder..(command number 6)

Yet you want us to believe paul broke the tenth, and knew he was doing that very thing (was not blind to that as he was to being blind to breaking the 6th)

keep talking dude, you destroy your own believability, and prove your true character.

Having fun!..Christians are supposed to have fun!!..our Father does it....and the joy of the Lord is our strength!...come on into the party!!!....we were lost and now we are found!!

Psalm 2:4 (NASB)
[SUP]4 [/SUP] He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them.

You come across as a shill and propagandist with your silly little graphics. We can do without the slick marketing.

You come across to me as having a light and treacherous spirit. Same irreverence I see in HG teachers like Farley who disparagingly refers to ongoing sanctification of the spirit as Christians' "bar of soap". The spirit of the fear of the lord doesn't instruct us to act this way. Like when you said the thief on the cross couldn't do good works because he was stuck. GOD will judge.

And as you are going on ignore bow, I will tell you. Eternally grateful has been very excitable thinking he has had his eureka moment. He can disprove ny beliefs and he has been desperate for me to see this opinion of his that he believes proves me wrong. All he has shown is in his excitement is that his opinion shows his jack of understanding
The tenth commandment can be broken without anyone but you and God knowing you have broken it. That is why it I so often broken, or broken the most often we can say.
And Paul the Pharisee would not have had to tell anyone he broke it as neither would you or I.
But as a christian he would admit as a Pharisee he broke it
You are now on ignore

Ya know. To use as your only excuse that paul, who was an avid follower of the law. Could not break the tenth command, and not know he broke it, even thou it has been shown to you by many many people, that paul did that very thing with command number 6 when he was part of the murder of Christ, Stephen, and many other believers in Christ. Yet continue with your argument, which has been PROVEN to be flawed. and not only that, but to belittle, call names, and act unchristlike to anyone who tries to show you this fact. Is unchristlike.

This person has now done this to at least 4 people that I know of. Someone needs to call him out on it. It can not be me,,

Humility would be saying ok, I see your point, ny argument is flawed. Lets look at another point, It is not arrogantly calling people names and belittling them, an saying they have not done things they have done over an dover ad over (answering their questions)

Thats for the birds..

and again, this crap needs to be reported!

This one????..I admit..I had to look it up..

You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.”

If you covet you lust.

So who could a man have impure thoughts concerning without breaking the tenth commandment?

The list would cover most women wouldn't it especially in biblical times

you do not get the point.

Who commits murder without breaking the 6th command..

Yet paul did this NOT KNOWING HE WAS BREAKING A COMMAND..

SO you have to ASSUME paul did not do the same thing with the tenth command.

thus your whole argument is FLAWED!!!

instead of manning up to that, and looking for another point which would show why we should believe the way you do. All you know how to do is belittle shame and make false accusations against anyone who disagrees with you.

Thats arrogance dude, And not Christlike at all.

Who cares? God says if you break just one (that is, if you think the law saves) then you are guilty of breaking them all.

Maybe go find an unblemished lamb and find a synogogue and good luck finding an active Jewish priest.

Yes, And paul admitted that he struggled with this sin, although he did not want to do this sin (or else he used it as an example, we can not know from the text) and that he needed Christ to overcome this sin, Not the law. Which was his whole point, the law could not get him to stop sin..

Why would paul admit as a pharisee he struggled with this? It makes no sense.. unless he still struggled with it.

it is the flesh vs the spirit. the law vs grace,,

these things did not happen when paul was a pharisee.

thank you, Unless we are perfect. We (as christians) all need romans 7 to take us to romans 8, because we struggle with the flesh.. and if we go to our basic instinct (which is law) we will not cease that sin, but continue struggling with it.

Exactly...you've spoken to the entire argument, and the simplicity of it flies right over James' wee head.
